The physical samples have arrived, and we're absolutely thrilled with how they look. We're currently reviewing them for final quality checks, but everything is pointing in the right direction. Being able to hold these beautiful books in our hands after months of anticipation has been incredible.

We're getting very, very close to production. The samples give us confidence that the final print run will be stunning!

We've encountered some minor delays in the preproduction phase. The manufacturers discovered some issues during the process, which has led to the factory needing to make some necessary adjustments.

However, now that we are so close, please keep an eye out in your inboxes for the final files, ready for you to play in all their digital glory! They may just be arriving soon!

We know delays are frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we make sure Ashes arrives in your hands exactly as it should be. Quality takes time, and we'd rather get it right than rush it.

We'll keep you updated as we receive revised samples and move closer to full production.

February has been a quieter month for Ashes production, but we wanted to keep you in the loop on where things stand and what's coming next.

As many of you know, our manufacturing partners in China observe Chinese New Year, which ran from February 10th - March 4th this year.
 
During this period, factories across the region shut down completely for the holiday celebrations, meaning all production work on Ashes came to a pause.

The good news? Factories reopen this week (March 5th), and we'll be jumping right back into production mode!

Now that production is resuming, we'll be working closely with the factories to organise timelines and work towards getting concrete dates for each stage of manufacturing.
 
We know waiting can be tough, especially during these pauses, but the holiday period is a necessary part of working with international manufacturers, and it ensures our partners are rested and ready to deliver the quality we want for you all.

We know you're eager to get Ashes in your hands, and so are we. Thank you for sticking with us.
Ashes is going to be worth the wait!
