Please don’t pledge for regular consumer tiers. Retailers will receive exclusive access to wholesale pricing once the Retailer Pledge Manager opens after the campaign.
Please note: Retailer access does not include digital releases—these are reserved for backers of the main campaign.
• Eligibility
This tier is designed for independent record stores, boutiques, and shops with a physical, public-facing location where you regularly sell music, merch, or related goods.
Unfortunately, online-only shops, buying clubs, and group pledges aren’t eligible for this tier. Additionally, because we will be working with a local retailer for Indianapolis distribution, retail pledges are only available for resellers outside the city of Indianapolis, IN.
• Proof of Eligibility
After the campaign wraps, you’ll receive a short retailer verification survey. To access the pledge manager, you’ll just need to provide:
Store name, address, and phone number
Business license or registration
EIN / Tax ID number
• Products & Pricing
Verified retailers will have access to a curated list of Brazil vinyl and related products in the post-campaign Pledge Manager. All items will be available at wholesale prices, and you’ll get full details once the Retailer Pledge Manager goes live.
• Deposit & Payment
Your $30 retailer pledge serves as a deposit and will automatically count as credit toward your final order.
Orders can be finalized any time after the Pledge Manager opens. Payment will be collected through BackerKit once your records are pressed and en route to the regional fulfillment center. Deposits cannot be refunded.
• Shipping
Estimated shipping rates will be shared in the Pledge Manager and collected post-campaign. Rates vary by region and total order size, but we’ll do our best to keep things fair and transparent.
