When last I updated y'all, I didn't yet realize how severely I was burnt out. Maybe it was just hard to accept that it could happen so fast. But here we are. Lotta shit's happened since the campaign. I've been all kinds of discombobulated. I'm working on getting some pretty major health issues sorted and, hopefully, my life back on track and my shit sorted overall.
Anyway. That's not the important part I'm emailing y'all about. The important part is that I'm committing myself to starting fulfillment this month. I don't know when exactly — a major schedule change at my day job next week is gonna force me to reconfigure a lot of my time management — but I'm gonna make sure it happens.
Sorry again. Y'all have the patience of saints. If all goes well you won't to for much longer.
Sorry for the lack of updates, folks. It's been a nutty time: surgery and recovery from that, several bouts of illness, the holidays...and massive, massive burnout.
The good news here is, I have the pins, I have everything I need, they're all fine. It just needs to be packaged up and sent off. The less-good news is it feels like there's a goddamn brick wall standing between me and Doing the Damn Thing that's also projecting nausea waves at me whenever I get close to it. And it's one of those things where it snowballs, you know: the longer it takes for me to push past the stress and nausea and just get it done, the worse the dread becomes.

You're not gonna miss out, the project's not cancelled, I just have to...find a way to climb the wall. And I will. Sooner or later (gods, let it be sooner) I'll have a high-functioning, many-spooned day and just sit down and goddamn do it and then feel stupid about how long it took me to do so but it'll be done. Sorry. >< I know the waiting sucks for all of us.
But yeah, this is why I'm not doing Pintopia 2025. I need to get my damn head on straight and deliver this set before I can even contemplate starting another project.
Sorry for the long radio silence. Meatspace has been kicking my ass still and I've had little to no meaningful downtime. But you're not here to read about my hectic life, you wanna know where your pins are!

And seeing as how I'm having surgery on Thursday that will have me off work for about 4 weeks, the good news here is that once I'm past the first ~10 days of sleeping 20 hours a day in recovery, I will FINALLY have some free time on my hands to finish packing and sending off these pins!
So with my sincere apologies, the TL;DR version is: whole lotta shit happened, fulfillment pushed back till October due to Life Circumstances.
Sorry about the radio silence! I won't bore you with the details but suffice to say it's been a hairy time offline. Now let's forget about all that because THE PINS HAVE ARRIVED!!

The pins and shipping materials are all here, but I'm still awaiting the remade charms and pin banners. I believe the pin banners are on their way to me now. In the meantime, I need to do the following:
Sort every last pin into A grade or B grade
If any design is more than 20% B grades, contact my manufacturer about replacing them
Order the correct color clutches (my manufacturer was out, so the blue ones will be free extras)
Affix every last pin to a backer card (pray for my hand ligaments if you're the praying type)
Assuming there are no additional delays (like having to have pins remade), what comes after those tasks and the arrival of the remaining rewards is:
Pack orders
Buy postage
Send them all on their way!

Pardon my radio silence for the last few weeks; between work, travel, injury, and now being down sick, I've had a pretty busy time lately. I kept meaning to ask for progress photos from my manufacturer and then forgetting, and then lo and behold, they've been shipped! I don't know how long they'll take to get to me, but sometime in the next few weeks we'll see what they came out looking like!
Assuming I don't have to have anything remade, I will have to get them all onto their backing cards and pack them by hand (while still working full-time), so please maintain patience with me. 🙏 We're nearing the end of the line and I'm excited to share the results with you all!
