¡Estamos muy felices de informar que algunos patrocinadores en México ya han recibido sus juegos por paquetería (antes de tiempo)! Algunos pocos (que también son backers de Dodos Riding Dinos) siguen pendientes de envío porque estamos esperando producto desde Estados Unidos de unos artículos extra (add-ons) de las cuales llegaron insuficientes la primera vez. Estimamos que en 3 semanas lleguen.
Para quienes seleccionar recoger localmente en alguna de las tiendas, informamos que este viernes 5 de abril inician las entregas en CDMX. Otros estados como Puebla (Staff Draco), Queretaro (Troya Juegos), Monterrey (Ami Comi), Guadalajara (Caravana y Juega + Juguetería), ya iniciaron entregas y puedes pasar a recoger tus. recompensas.
Para las entregas en CDMX tuvimos que esperar más hasta tener confirmación de llegada del producto a las tiendas. El horario de recolección es el siguiente:
El Duende - 12:30 pm a 11 pm
Orc Stories - 2 pm a 8 pm
Raven Folks - 3 pm a 11 pm
Si no te es posible asistir el viernes por cuestiones laborales o distintas, es posible asistir el fin de semana también. En caso de que no sea posible, por favor envía un correo a Draco Studios [email protected] con el sujeto "BK Local pickup CDMX" para confirma la fecha en la que irías y avisar a la tienda. Algunas tiendas nos han pedido agilizar y pedirles a ustedes que pasen lo más pronto posible para evitar que se quede el producto de manera indefinida por periodos largos (más allá de Abril) y que resulte en malentendidos.
Por favor verifica que en tu encuesta incluiste "Local Pickup" en el campo de país en vez de "México" de lo contrario, tus recompensas seguramente seguirán en bodega y deberás escribirnos para coordinar envío particular.

This is particularly important if you require to track your delivery for any reason (especially in countries with strict import regulations). Returned packages incur into extra fees to us and we need to charge shipping again to resend your parcel, this is not good for anybody.

If you have questions about the games the best way to address these is by starting a thread in the forums of BoardGameGeek for the respective game entry. This way, others can benefit from the answer or you might already find your question being answered in an existing thread.

What’s next?
Now that fulfillment has started and a more the 50% of you have received your rewards, we are developing new games’ from other talented game designers in Latin America. We might share news about their (pre)release here in a future update, but the best way to follow up with our releases is to subscribe to Draco Studios newsletter.
Another amazing game that we are publishing is Sea Dragons, this game was originally published by Fractal Juegos in Chile, designed by Simone Luciani, Pini Shekhter & Yaniv Kahana, and beautifully illustrated by Weberson Santiago.

Es importante tener en cuenta que de los patrocinadores que no han respondido su encuesta de Backerkit, no tenemos la información para enviar sus recompensas. Se deben responder a la brevedad para entregar; de lo contrario, podría entrar en una nueva ola de envío o incurrir en costos adicionales.

Reconociendo un error en coordinación con tiendas y distribuidores
Como parte de nuestro compromiso en la transparencia, queremos abordar un tema delicado y disculparnos por ello.
Debido a una falla de comunicación, hubo una tienda en Chile y una en México que recibieron los juegos antes y los listaron para venta. Esto fue corregido inmediatamente gracias a que algunos backers lo reportaron. Contactamos al distribuidor (CL) y a la tienda (MX) para solicitar que no se listaran ni vendieran los títulos hasta que los backers en la región recibieran sus copias. El listado de los juegos sólo duró unas cuantas horas y aunque no sabemos si hubo alguna persona que alcanzó a comprar juegos antes que los backers, queremos disculparnos por ello ya que no es la experiencia que queremos brindar. Como patrocinadores del proyecto, creemos que ustedes deben recibir sus juegos antes.
En Chile fue una falla de comunicación nuestra con Circoctel, el distribuidor oficial y quien amablemente nos apoyó a completar las entregas así como a importar los juegos para backers junto con su propio inventario para distribución. Este gesto causó que nuestros backers en Chile fueran de los primeros en recibir copias 😃. Circoctel había mandado las copias a la tienda Enroque, quien ofreció ser punto de recolección local para backers, se enviaron tanto copias de backers como copias para venta en Enroque y fue entonces que se listaron los juegos. Esto fue un error honesto. Estamos agradecidos enormemente con Circoctel y con Enroque por apoyar con las entregas y facilitar la logística en nuestro país hermano Chile.
En México lo que sucedió es que la tienda El Duende, una de las más grandes en México, completó su encuesta solicitando que su pedido para venta se entregase en Estados Unidos en vez de México (dónde las recompensas de este proyecto recién llegaron para iniciar entregas a backers). Nosotros no revisamos manualmente cada respuesta en Backerkit ya que su objetivo es precisamente el de automatizar procesos, además de que las tiendas pueden hacer pedidos desde su cuenta personal y no tenemos manera de asociar o reconocer esta información. El Duende trae algunos juegos desde Estados Unidos y es entendible que quisiera consolidar nuestros títulos junto con otros. No creemos que haya sido un acto de mala fe para iniciar venta antes, ya que en cuanto le escribimos para solicitar que no vendiera aún los juegos, accedió amablemente. Y en el caso de nuestros backers de Dodo Dash con entrega local, El Duende ofreció ser punto de recolección. Si bien sigue habiendo una publicación en redes sociales de las novedades traídas por El Duende (donde se incluyen nuestros títulos próximos a entrega), esto cae dentro de los parámetros aceptables ya que es un aviso a que llegaron pero la venta iniciará en cuanto los backers en la región reciban sus recompensas.
Nuevamente agradecemos por su apoyo y comprensión y por nuestro lado, hemos tomado el aprendizaje para coordinarnos mejor al respecto en proyectos futuros. Ahora que estamos creciendo en temas de distribución.

Ahora que las entregas han comenzado y más del 50% de nuestros patrocinadores han recibido sus recompensas, estamos desarrollando nuevos juegos de otros talentosos diseñadores de juegos en América Latina. Now we have the PnP files, I wanted to mention my disappointment that every card and board has a watermark on it saying "PnP Version 1.0". Given that we have paid money for these games, it's frustrating that we're given an inferior product compared to the physical editions.
I realise that in some circles it's common practice to add watermarks to PnP designs to prevent them being used to make and sell counterfeit copies of the physical game, but this is usually limited to free PnPs of commercial games.
Please reconsider adding such watermarks to future PnPs of your games.

Hola!!! Estoy muy emocionado por tener los juegos en mis manos!! Solo tengo una duda que probablemente les preguntan en cada campaña que hacen (una disculpa por preguntarlo ): ). Agregué el Dodos Riding Dinos Dodo Dash como add-on, mi duda es, dicha versión será la de Kickstarter o la retail? por problemas monetarios me perdí la campaña de Dodo Dash y me arrepiento mucho ya que es uno de mis juegos favoritos

Hola, hace tiempo hice un post porque tengo dudas del pledge manager y no he recibido respuesta. No me aparecen las promos aunque estuve en la campaña anterior, las agregué aparte pero no sé si esto sea correcto. Tampoco estoy seguro de cómo va a ser el envío de esta campaña si para la campaña de Dodos puse que el envío fuera a una tienda de juegos local. Puse la información igual a como la puse en la campaña para Dodos, pero como esto no venía en las instrucciones que mandaron para el envío en esta campaña no sé si sea lo correcto o qué necesite hacer. Quisiera tener respuesta porque mandaron un correo que las direcciones ya no se podrán modificar proximamente y quisiera arreglarlo si es que hay algo mal.
