Greetings Sporelings,

Therena here with an exciting update! We have packaged and shipped almost all of your little mushlings to you! And they should start arriving at their forever homes in 2-4 weeks, depending where you live. 

However, there are 12 little clusters (pledges) who won't be making their way to you because the surveys for both Bookish Derpy Dragons and Mushroom hunt weren't completed, or there were some failed credit cards. So if you don't receive a shipping update in the next week, please double check your credit card on file.

There were six surveys which only completed the Mushroom Hunt side and not the Bookish Derpy Dragon survey. If we don't receive the finished surveys for both by the end of the week (Friday) they will ship separately and you won't be able to combine the shipping cost. You also won't be able to collect the collaboration reward  (Inky pin set) unless both surveys are completed as some of those surveys were failed pledged on the Bookish Derpy Dragon side. So please, complete both surveys. We will do our final round of fulfillment in the next two/three weeks.

While we try our best to get everything right the first time, we are only human, and sometimes mistakes happen or pledges get switched around. If for any reason there are issues with your pledges, please email me at [email protected] so I can make it right. Also, please double check your pins to make sure you received everything, I found a rogue "Poison Pie" on the floor, and don't know if he escaped a package or fell when I moved things around!

Canada Post is scheduled to go on strike this Friday. Depending how long they strike for will affect the unfulfilled pledges from getting sent out. I will make another update when we send these packages! Also, all packages have been upgraded to tracked shipping, so expect an email once your pledges ship!

Surveys are coming soon, and when they do it is important that they are completed as soon as possible.

VERY IMPORTANT: backers who backed both Mushroom hunt and Bookish derpy dragons can combine shipping by selecting their country as local pickup but the rest of the address normally.
Failure to change the country will result in shipping charged twice (once for each campaign) and separate packages sent.

All incentives are already added to your cards.
Surveys lock April 14th and shipping will be charged sometime in May.

The Mushy and Inky sets are available at exclusive backer prices during the survey if you want to add any extras.
