Hello everyone! Just checking in with some WIP pictures from the production for those of you who are interested in the process. Over there in the backer exclusive section!
Hello everyone! Been a hot second since I updated this campaign, but stuff has been happening behind the scenes! Production has begun, although I currently don't have any WIP images yet. The stickers from the campaign are already on their way to me.
As usual, I can't tell for sure how long manufacturing will take, but I am hoping for a smooth ride that will take maybe 2-3 months max, although we know that the most random issues can happen so let's all just hope for the best!
And here's some fun stats about the pin distributions for those who are interested.
- We are making exactly 2000 pins for this campaign - Overall, the inks were more popular than the flowers by around 30%: 560 ink pins vs 430 flower pins - The most popular pin is the Belladonna ink: I ordered a whooping 200 of that design alone, which is bonkers! It's on par with the blue set from the Magic Tea Party series which was my most popular set to date from simpler times (lol that campaign was pre-tariff!) so I feel super duper happy to match that despite everything going on right now. - The least popular pin is the Girldrake plant: I get it, it's silly while all others are more serious but I love her nonetheless! :D 75 ordered of her, and Henbane isn't that much ahead. - The non-freebie cats were roughly equal in popularity, all sitting at 11-14, with the sample size too small to draw conclusions. The least popular is actually the Calico, which was the second most popular in the poll, and had a discount in the pre-order shop. Surprise! - 264 of you qualified for the Pin Quest freebie pin. Crazy number! - 210 of you qualified for the Cross Collab freebie pin. Also insane ratio!
Speaking of the collab thingies - in my last project (Meowshrooms) I had a poll in the survey about incentives. Many of you did state that you found Pintopia a bit overwhelming and harsh on the wallets (I can relate so hard...), but the vast majority of you also stated that hunting down exclusives and promos was fun. So I think I'm going to run more frequent but simpler campaigns. My next one will be Pintober in October, which isn't set up yet but I will keep you updated through a future update!

Almost all post-campaign cat variants unlocked! & Survey reminder
Hey hey everyone! Quick happy news today: 3 out of 4 extra cat colorways are unlocked! This means the Calico Cat, Silver Cat and Orange Cat are getting made. Yay! For the tuxedo cat, we are at 8/10 orders currently, and around 50 of you haven't filled out the survey yet. If you are one of them and happen to want a kitty, make sure to confirm your order soon so I can take it into account when placing orders. I will wait another week or so before I decide on whether I order it or not.
In the meantime I've already prepared anything except the final order counts, so everything is ready to go! (And then I'll crawl back in the meowshroom fulfillment hell + summer sale fulfillment hell while waiting for manufacturing news on this campaign :D I won't run out of things to do...)
Hello everyone! I managed to get the survey reviewed and approved. 5% of backers have received the survey already as a test, but the survey may still have problems. If you encounter something weird (unexpected shipping cost, missing items, anything like that) then please do reach out! I will fix those issues before the survey goes out to everyone.
Once a bit of time has passed and at least 50-70% of smoke test backers have responded, the survey goes out to everyone. After that, I will wait for a few days to get some reliable numbers and then the pin order can be finalized. :)

This campaign was incredible, and you all made it happen! When I started planning this, I thought it would be a small <100 backers campaign, since I didn't know how well this theme would be received compared to my other more accessible campaigns. But you guys totally rocked it and there's almost 300 witches who backed this campaign and we unlocked everything perfectly. It really makes me happy to see that there's some love for this. <3 (Floral Mythology Pt 1 was very different! We feared for the last stretch goal till the end but I was also a much smaller pin maker back then :D)
Here's what's going to happen next: - Until Mid/Late July: Payments will process, Pledge Manager setup/review - Late July/August: Smoke tests will be sent to a few backers first; if no issues are found, the survey goes out to everyone - After that, we wait for manufacturing updates! I do hope to fulfill around November this year, but factories are often a bit unpredictable so I cannot guarantee a timeline from here on.
I'm going to try my best to make this process as smooth and transparent as I can. It may take me a bit longer overall this time around because I'm dealing with an expected job loss and have to take care of finding something new asap (sadly pins don't cover my living despite high revenue numbers - I wish tho!).

That means everyone gets the free cat pin ❤️ I am currently on travel so i can't upgrade the graphic but just pretend there's a green check on the last tier too :D THANK YOU everyone who supported this project. I thought this would he a smaller/more niche campaign, but seeing this many of you support me in this project too is very heartwarming ❤️
