I don't think anyone is/was blaming BS or DS, rather people were a little surprised that the amount was not calculated when the pledge was made so the extra dollar amount came as a surprise. I'm sure most of us agree this is something that only Backerkit has control of.

It’s a state tax, you pay it for every purchase you make and has nothing to do with dragonsteel, b. Sanderson or backerkit.
