Pay Over Time Backers

For those doing the pay over time option, we have had many questions about accessing your survey. You will receive your survey when you complete your last pledge payment in July. And do not fear, fulfillment does not begin until the fall, so you aren’t missing out on any rewards by completing the survey this summer!

Payment failed

My payment failed but I never saw an email about it so I just found out yesterday. I updated my zip code and it should work now but I don't know how to push the payment through. In my account it says I can pay after getting the survey but I won't get the survey until the payment has been processed. What do I need to do?

The Way of Kings Shipping

I thought I had read that The Way of Kings signed leather bound add-one were shipping sometime in May, but I went to go double-check myself and see nothing of the sort. Did I just make this up because I was hoping to get it sooner? Absent any indication otherwise on the campaign website, it looks like it will ship in Fall 2024 with the other add-ons.

Project Update: Backer Surveys Have Been Sent!

Attention ALL Backers–Important Survey Information Below!

We’ll make this as quick as Lift stealing a stack of pancakes. Backer surveys have been sent out to all backers paying with a one-time payment. If you don’t see a survey in your inbox, make sure to check your spam and promotional folders. If you still don't see it, you can request a new survey link to be sent here.

Please complete your survey by the end of the month. It’s important that these are completed soon, since we’ll use those numbers to start ordering our epic products!

Reminders

Only make additions to your pledge through your backer survey—you will have access to the same selection of add-ons as our pre-order store and this is where you will pay for shipping.

For those using the pay over time option, just a reminder that you will not have access to your backer survey until your four payments have been collected. Don’t worry—we will order sufficient quantities of campaign items to cover all of our backers. Once those surveys are sent, we will post an update reminding you to complete your survey and make the final payment for shipping.

Make sure you keep an eye out for updates in the coming months! These are how we communicate key campaign related information, and we’ll also be sharing exciting pictures as we receive samples and final designs.
