They gotta make them! Part of the appeal for backerkit is this allows the author to know how much he needs to make since he is kinda doing this on his own. It streamlines the process so they don't over or under produce. I like it because it also lets me know how 'rare' the items are. As in, I am one of 40,000+ people that get access to this item, etc. Which I think it pretty cool and makes the item(s) more unique.
