Project Update: Surveys are Out! Preorder Store is up!
Hello everyone!
The moment is here, surveys are out! 🎉
First, a biiiig thank you for your patience with us. This year has been a whirlwind of new opportunities. We love operating like a well oiled machine. It’s the rules. But when a last minute summons from San Diego Comic Con lands on your desk with one day’s notice… well, mountains must be moved. This is a show deeply close to my heart, but it did put a temporary bump in our timeline. Thank you so much for riding out that wave with us. We’re so grateful to have you here!
Fill out Your Surveys!
It’s Backerkit Survey time! For our new backers (and quick refresher for everyone else): This is the most critical step!
Your Backerkit survey is where you select your rewards, confirm your shipping address, and pick up any extra goodies you’d like to add.
Why does this matter? We use these survey responses to put together our final manufacturing numbers. If you don’t fill out your survey, we won’t know how many items to make! Filling out your survey late could mean we do not make enough!
Missing your Survey? Don’t Panic!
If your pledge survey does not arrive, be sure to check these few things!
- Wrong email. Double check that your Backerkit email matches where you expect the survey to go.
- Spam & Junk Folders: Check your spam folder within your email. Sometimes the survey hides out here.
- Valid Payment Details. Make sure your payment info is up to date and clear of any bank flags.
- Pay-over-time Backer. Your survey will arrive right after your final payment processes. Once it lands, fill it out as soon as possible so we can lock in accurate production counts!
Backer Reward Gifts
To our amazing Early Bird, Returning , and Cross Collaboration backers: Your free gift rewards will automatically be added to your order. You can review and confirm them right in the addons sections of your survey. If something looks missing, let us know at:

Quick Note on Cross Collaboration pins: Because these collaboration pins fit together, manufacturing requires exact precision. Both pins will ship together with Draconology: Garden Dragons fulfillment. Be sure both your campaign surveys are fully completed and submitted!
