Quick update on our progress sending out the Karma 2 packages.  At this time we have sent out all the redemption codes for digital rewards to backers.  Please check your email (and junk/spam folders) that are associated with your Backerkit account for an email from us that supplies the instructions and code to download your book. 

On the shipping front - we have completed our second wave of Karma 2 shipping at this time.  We're waiting to get the signed editions back in and are expecting they will be on hand to start shipping next week.  All in all we have shipped out approximately 90% of all pledge orders at this time.

We have 22 backers who still need to fill out their shipping survey so we can ship to you.  If you have not done so - or can't find your survey - please pop over here to the direct survey retrieval link and fill out your info so we can ship to you:

We plan to run another sweep of backers one week from today to keep sending all packages we can.

We're happy to report that as of today - the full first wave of shipping for Karma Volume 2 has been completed!  The majority of folks should have seen tracking come through from USPS and actually be receiving packages this week. 

We have approximately 45 backers that replied to the survey after we started the first round of shipping.  Those orders are being locked now and will be shipping out starting on Monday.  Watch for tracking emails if you are in that group (and please check your spam/junk folders).

We also have 23 backers who have not yet filled out the survey/shipping info.  If you don't remember seeing a survey - you can click this link and be taken right to your order:

If you fill out your survey today, we'll be able to get you in the next round of shipping.  If you miss that date it will be a week or two out as we continue to get all the data together from backers to complete shipping.

We have begun shipping Karma Volume 2 at this time! Please watch your Backerkit associated email for tracking on your package coming from USPS.  It is possible that the emails could get stuck in junk or spam filters so please periodically check those folders as well.

The packages will include the ComicTopia collaboration tarot cards (both Karma and La Rosa Blanca).  We're excited for you to see all the really fantastic art from this new Karma tale.

We're ready to start shipping Karma Volume 2 to all of our backers!  The stretch goal cards are in - the bonus collaboration tarot incentives are here - and the graphic novels look fantastic!  We are prepping to begin shipping today (collecting materials and shipping supplies) and should start sending out the first boxes early next week! 

The packages are coming from "Dynamic Forces" - which is our warehouse team and retail arm.  As each label is created you should get an email from USPS with your tracking information automatically sent.  Please be sure to check the email you have associated with your Backerkit account (in case its not your main one) and also please look in your junk/spam folders just to make sure its not stuck in those filters.  Please note - sometimes all the labels are created at one time and then shipped over the course of a few days depending upon how many orders are being filled.  We believe we will be finished shipping the first wave of books by this time next week.

We will run another sweep of backers at the end of next week to pick up anyone who completes the information leading up to that.
