I've heard from a few people saying the print copy has images that are pixelated. If you could please send a photo or scan so I can take the matter up with DriveThru, I'd appreciate it. At this point, I can only say that both of my proof copies looked ok. 

I'm also hearing that some have received their physical copy but not the digital. I've reissued the digital distribution, in the hopes of getting this cleared up. If you have completed your survey and have not received the digital copy, please reply here.

Several people have asked about the lost level room and a physical copy. The lost level room is digital distribution only.
