Project Update: 🍃 Apotheca Updates: Pins are almost done!

Hello Maesters, hope all is well ✨

It's so exciting to let you all know that the pins are almost done cooking 😆 They are currently in the final stage of production, so after a quick stop at my studio, they will soon reach your Apothecaries.

I am always fascinated by the way things are made and love receiving "the stages of pins" pictures. I thought I'd share with you all some pics of the process 😍

When they arrive, I will lock in your addresses to commence shipping, so if you need to make any revisions, there is a bit of time to do so.

Some pledges are still missing surveys and payment, and some are appearing as failed to charge, so make sure to verify your surveys and payment methods. That way you won't miss out on receiving your Apotheca pin loot.

The surveys have been approved for the Smoke Test, so you will all receive them shortly after it is cleared.

For those of you who placed Pre-Orders, your $3 credit has already been applied to your total payment, so it will be deducted from your shipping or final purchase total if you add more goodies.

Project Update: Campaign Complete 🌿✨

Dear Apothecarians,

Thank you for your support during Pintopia 2026. Seeing so many of you return and welcoming new Apotheca Maesters into the Order has been truly amazing. This world grows because of you.

🗳️ The poll ended, and the results are in!
For the next Apotheca adventure, we’ll be traveling to the Swamp biome, uncovering new ingredients, and exploring an entirely new environment.

💌 Communications
Over the coming weeks, you will receive additional updates on the surveys and production updates as they happen.

We are currently processing camping charges, so make sure your card information is set up correctly to avoid a decline and missing out.

Thank you for believing in Apotheca. What started as a small spark has evolved into something truly magical, with exploration, new worlds, and creative ideas.

Project Update: 🍃 Apotheca Updates: Poll and Short Story

Greetings, Maesters.

As we approach the end of Pintopia, I want to pause and thank you. Every step of this journey has been filled with curiosity, creativity, and the desire to take the world of Apotheca even further.

Two things are unfolding now. First, I’d love for you to help me decide where the Order of Apotheca will go next. I’ve opened a poll so you can choose the path that calls to you most.

Second, I’m sharing a short story that explores how Arum came to join us in this world. Storytelling and imagination are at the heart of Apotheca, and this piece is a glimpse into what’s hopefully to come.
