Project Update: Pledge Manager Opening Next Week
Surveys Going Live!
Soon you’ll receive an email with a unique link to your BackerKit survey for the Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2025.
Fill this out to give us your address, so we know where to send your rewards!
We have sent surveys to just 5% of backer so far to test everything is working as it should. You can expect your email by Tuesday 17th March.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Surveys will close April 1st (no joke!) and this will be the date cards are charged for shipping and any extra add-ons you choose.

Project Update: Download Your PDF Here!
At the bottom of this post (under the title Backer-Exclusive Content) you can download your PDF of the Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2025. This will only be visible to backers, so you'll need to be logged in to your Backerkit account to see it.
If you prefer not to use DriveThruRPG, send us an email so we can send you an alternative link. Other bundle or add-on PDFs will be shared via the pledge manager in March.
Fulfilment Plans
We're so excited to get the book into your hands!
Below is the complete fulfilment plan for the project. Please note these dates are subject to change, but this is our plan to get you your rewards.
- March 2026: Pledge manager will open mid March - choose any extra add-ons and let us know your address! The pledge manager will close late March to allow for quick delivery. Add-on PDFs will be made available once the pledge manager has closed.
- April 2026: The magazines will be printed and sent. Printing and shipping via DriveThruRPG is estimated to take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Some Add-On books have already been printed and are waiting at our warehouses. These will be sent from our warehouses in the US and the UK, so you will receive multiple packages for your rewards. Please do not panic if the first parcel you receive does not contain all of your rewards!

The Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2025 PDFs will be with you in 7 hours! We're so excited to get the magazine into your hands!
We'll share the PDF with all backers minutes after the backerkit campaign ends.
