Over the next few days, BackerKit surveys will begin making their way to all who joined us aboard the Argo. Before the full release, however, we will first be sending a smoke test survey to approximately 5% of backers. This allows a small portion of the crew to journey through the survey process first, helping us uncover any unexpected issues before the remaining 95% of surveys are sent.
If fortune smiles upon you and you receive one of these early invitations, we kindly ask that you complete it as soon as you are able and let us know if you encounter any problems along the way. Your feedback helps ensure the voyage is smooth for every Adventurer who follows.
Once we are confident everything is working as intended, the remaining surveys will be sent to the rest of the crew shortly thereafter.
The Achievement Still Awaits

Should Jason and the Argonauts receive 500 Thumbs Up on the BoardGameGeek Gen Con Preview List before Gen Con begins on July 30, 2026, the mighty Argonaut: ⚔️ Periclymenus shall finally answer the call.
Even better, this achievement will become the first unlocked reward for our next Greek mythology adventure, Achilles and the Trojan War, and every backer of that future campaign will receive the Periclymenus Argonaut Card.
At this moment, we stand at: 428 / 500 Thumbs Up, only 73 more stand between us and victory!

File preparation is progressing well, and we are continuing to refine the rulebook as we move ever closer to production.

The next chapter in our growing Greek mythology game line has begun its journey.

Tyler J Brown: the architect behind these legendary trials, shall once again guide the design of the journey and forge the challenges that await.
David Schneider: shall return to bring the world, heroes and gods of the game to life through his stunning illustrations.
Ammon Anderson: shall once again be forging the graphic design and visual identity of this legendary journey. Mathue Ryann: shall once again serve as captain of the journey, leading the project itself while charting the course of the Backerkit campaign, rallying Adventurers across the lands, and spreading word of the growing legend.
A New Achievement Has Appeared
To celebrate this announcement, we are unveiling a brand new achievement for the community to conquer!
As many of you already know, we will soon be bringing a demo copy of Jason and the Argonauts to Gen Con for Adventurers to experience firsthand.
And now, the Fates have set forth a challenge, should Jason and the Argonauts receive:
500 Thumbs Up on the BoardGameGeek Gen Con Preview List we shall officially unlock one of the missed achievements from the Jason and the Argonauts campaign.
Periclymenus, Argonaut Card
If you are excited to see Jason and the Argonauts appearing at Gen Con, and wish to finally bring Periclymenus into the growing legend of the Argo, make sure you head to the Gen Con Preview List and leave your thumbs up!
Should this achievement be unlocked, Periclymenus shall become the First Achievement Unlocked for Achilles and the Trojan War campaign and will be granted to all backers of that future campaign.
A fitting beginning for the next great legend in this growing mythological saga.

Beyond all of this exciting news, we continue working diligently behind the scenes preparing files for Jason and the Argonauts production. We also plan to share the rulebook publicly soon so all of you may provide feedback before the game moves deeper into production.

Today we wished to share a small update regarding the continued progress of Jason and the Argonauts.
Though the crowdfunding campaign has ended, much work still continues behind the scenes as we prepare the game for production.
At this very moment, we are hard at work preparing files for the manufacturer, working on the rulebook, organizing production materials, coordinating new stretch goal artwork, and continuing work across many different aspects of the game.
There are still many moving pieces upon the seas, so we do not yet have firm timeline dates to share, but rest assured, those details will be revealed as everything begins coming together more clearly.

What Comes Next?
Though the crowdfunding campaign draws to a close, much work still lies ahead upon the seas.
Thanks to the many stretch goals unlocked throughout this voyage, there is still a great deal of artwork left to complete. Beyond that, we will begin preparing production files for the manufacturer as we move toward mass production of the game itself.
Throughout this process, we will also receive physical sample copies to inspect the quality of every component, card, token, and detail within the game. Should we discover any issues along the way, revisions will be made and new samples produced until everything meets the standard this legendary voyage deserves.
The road to production can take time, but know this:
We will be working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring Jason and the Argonauts to life in the best way possible.
And as always, we will continue doing our best to remain transparent throughout the entire process. You can expect monthly updates from us as progress is made and new milestones are reached.

The Argonaut Lore Manual Has Been Unlocked Because we have conquered the $200,000 Stretch Goal, an entire: Argonaut Lore Manual shall now be added to the BackerKit edition of Jason and the Argonauts.
This will expand the myths, stories, and histories surrounding the heroes aboard the Argo, bringing even greater depth and immersion to the voyage itself. This is not something planned to be included in the game in future retail printings. We believe those who believed in this campaign early, and helped elevate this campaign to such incredible heights, deserve something truly special in return.
This reward shall stand as a mark of that support. A treasure reserved for those who helped forge this legend from the beginning. The Final Stretch Goals Are Still Within Reach! Now, Adventurers… The voyage enters its final days and moments. And with that comes the final series of stretch goals standing between us and even greater rewards.
