We have updates regarding the fulfillment of Hercules and the 12 Labors as well as more information about Jason and the Argonauts.
Fulfillment Update
United States: All orders have officially shipped, and fulfillment is complete.
United Kingdom: Our partners at Zatu have confirmed that all orders are out the door. If your game hasn’t arrived yet, it should be landing on your doorstep soon.
Rest of World (ROW): As our first group to ship, fulfillment for this region is complete.
Canada: Fulfillment to Canada was heavily impacted by the timing of our shipments coinciding with the region's postal strikes, which significantly disrupted our delivery timeline.
Fortunately, we are beginning to see progress, with transit updates rolling in and some orders now marked as delivered. Moving forward, we will be using a Canadian based fulfillment hub for all future campaigns to hopefully ensure more reliable delivery times.

Fulfillment Update
US Backers: All orders were shipped out as of Monday, 12/08/2025. If your package hasn’t arrived yet, it should land on your doorstep within the next few days.
UK Backers: We’re currently waiting for confirmation from Zatu that they’ve received our pallet. With the holiday season in full swing, their team has been extremely busy, so communication has been slower than usual. As soon as we have an update, we’ll share it with you. Update: 12/12/2025 Zatu informed me by email that they received the pallet of Hercules and the 12 Labors today, but were unsure when they would be able to process and begin fulfillment of the pallet because of how busy they are from the holiday season. They said its likely they wont be able to get to it until after Christmas. I will keep everyone updated as more information is made available to me.
Canadian Backers: We’ve received several emails and comments from you regarding delayed/unreceived packages. I reached out to our fulfillment partner, and they’ve let us know that the previous months postal strikes in Canada have caused significant delays, most orders are still showing as "In Transit". I’m working with them to develop a clear plan to resolve this and ensure every Canadian backer receives their game. I don’t have the exact solution yet, but please rest assured, you will get your copy in the end. Please bear with us as we work on this.
Rest of World Backers: These were the first orders to be shipped out in our fulfillment process and you should have received your games by now.

It’s been about a month, so I wanted to check in and share about our new Jason and the Argonauts Achievement and provide an update on our fulfillment progress.
US Fulfillment
We received the pallets at our final destination yesterday (12/01/25). Since then, we’ve been processing and packing orders. With over 2,500 orders to prepare, we kindly ask for your patience as we work through them.
Shipping notifications with tracking information will begin going out soon. Orders will ship throughout this week and into early December.
Below are some photos of us packing. My good friend Ammon, who is also the graphic designer for this game, flew down to help. And of course, Quinn is “supervising” as our foreman… though I did catch her sleeping on the job!
Hercules and the 12 Labors Fulfillment Party
UK Fulfillment
Zatu will be handling fulfillment for all UK backers. I received an email yesterday confirming that arrangements are being made for Zatu to receive the pallet this week.
Please note that they are currently deep in their Black Friday/Holiday rush, so fulfillment may take a little longer than usual. With that in mind, I expect UK orders to begin going out over the next couple of weeks.
International Fulfillment
All international orders (including Canada) were shipped out quite some time ago. If you have not received your order, please reach out and I will provide tracking information. If necessary, I can escalate the matter directly with my fulfillment hub to work on getting everything gets sorted.
