We have also received passes on safety certification testing for the plushies across all the key international standards, with an example of the Australian tests below if its of interest:

Production continues however frustratingly there has been a delay in receiving our safety certification paperwork back for the Purple Kobold / Silver Fox plushies - it was expected last week so hopefully we have some more positive news to share very shortly! It was our preference to ship all the finished plushies together to minimise transport costs however where this might delay fulfilment of everything else we'll investigate alternate options and worst case shoulder the cost ourselves of shipping two lots.
On a similar note, regarding the 'EU Flat Customs Duty Introduction', we are doing a couple of test shipments this week to colleagues in the EU to check if our duty pre-payment method (via a company called Zonos) is working correctly. If possible, delivery would still occur through your local carrier in each respective country, but this would allow us to pay the flat duties fee instead of you as the recipient; fingers crossed!

Silver Fox / Purple Kobold Imagery + Quick Updates!

Hope you've been well since our last update - apologies as in between organising the below updates we neglected to send through the photos of the Silver Fox and Purple Kobold Plushies! They're attached below and should you wish to change your pledge or complete it, just send us an email via [email protected] and we'd be happy to help!
Production Production continues, whilst we also await documentation back for these most recent plushies in order to be able to provide worldwide product safety standards for your peace of mind (UKCA-EN71 , CE-EN71, CPC+ASTM F963+CPSIA , AS/NZS 8124). We've also over-ordered all variants noting some generous store orders and in order to provide redundancy should any issues occur with shipping and fulfilment, for which we can then provide free replacements. Where this may delay production timelines, we'll keep you updated ASAP!
Payment Issues Regarding a couple of Backers that had payment issues with Backerkit / Pledge Manager - please send us an email via [email protected] and we can look at providing a separate invoice or similar to make sure you receive your kit! We appreciate the support and will ensure you get your items no matter what.
EU Flat Customs Duty Introduction For our EU Backers, you may have also seen in the news that a 'Temporary €3 Flat Customs Duty' is being placed on Low‑Value Imports from early July onwards - we are currently investigating how we can potentially pre-pay this duty on our end; and worst case can look at offering reimbursement for those affected by it otherwise.
Plushie Upgrade! In more positive news, we've also worked with our manufacture to add 'toggles' to the dice bags! The below picture and sizing is indicative but is hopefully a handy alternative instead of tying a knot in the strings each time.

Production Commences, + Surveys and Pre-Orders still Open!

We're excited to announce that production has commenced, with expected completion approximately 40-45 days from now, after which we'll get them shipped to us, right on time for our expected shipping date being within July!
The only very slight delay we've forecast is regarding the more recent Silver Fox and Purple Kobold plushies, for which we expect to receive test samples over the next week fingers crossed! Noting that same 40-45 day production timeline, hopefully they'll be ready to ship the following week after everything else!
If you are waiting for imagery of these new designs before you complete your survey (or Pre-Order), that's fine! Similarly, if you see these new plushies and wish to change your existing selections, you're welcome to do so as well, just email us via [email protected] (we'll post a reminder of this in a following update when the new plushies are ready!)
Thanks to those of you that identified that one of the new plushies unlocked through our stretch goals wasn't actually included in the Surveys and Addons, as well as our Pre-order Store - they've now been added! We also look forward to some production samples of this little guy along with our Silver Fox in the next 2-3 weeks.

Natural Critters Plushie Surveys are out + Pre-orders Available!

We've just sent out everyone's surveys via email - thank you to those initial testers for completing yours so quickly, as well as selecting some additional add-ons; the extra support means a lot!
If you didn't get a chance to pledge during the campaign, you can also Pre-Order here too, to ensure your kit is shipped alongside everyone elses in the first wave!!

You won’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

It's been a while since the last update, and communication has seemingly ceased. I've been seeking assistance for over 10 days now and haven't heard back, despite the last update indicating we'd receive timely support through [email protected]. I've had the choices and add-ons on my survey ready for the same amount of time now, but I can't submit it until a potential error(s?) in the shipping details is addressed.
