I have just received work from my bookmark manufacturer that she can now make metal bookmarks with stained glass effects-translucent areas that look like glass within the metal frame.
This poses a problem…this effect is perfect for the project, but I already have 4 bookmark designs I love, and I’d love to make more, but is this really something I should be doing or is it my brain being excited about the possibility and being impulsive?
I make my bookmarks as pieces of art with a purpose, and frequently display them, so it’s really hard to resist the temptation! Help me decide!
