Yes, you can play The Black Spire Pact solo, but you would need to adapt it in one of two ways: 1. Play as Voth without Marax as an ongoing threat as you explore the Black Spire. This would reduce the time pressure element and some of the tension. It also may make it a bit too easy for those who value a significant threat of death. There may be some instances where you learn some secrets that only the Marax player should know. 2. Play both characters, alternating books as needed. Since the Black Spire Pact is GMless, it is easy enough to run encounters and play both characters. This may be a little cumbersome, swapping between books and making decisions, but hey, if you can play chess against yourself, then you can definitely do this! And lastly, of course, The Black Spire Pact is best played with two people, wondering how close your enemy is and just what their next move might be.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
