Hey Bakers!

Got home from being out of town and immediately jumped into building the survey for you all. I've sent it off to be double checked and now I'm awaiting the 'looks good' before I send it out to you!

The first batch of surveys to go out will be the Smoke test surveys. These go out to just a few of you, that way if there's an issue I'll be able to catch it before I send out all of them and be able to fix it.

Please keep an eye on your email and your spam folders. Fill out the survey ASAP!!  I like to do so as soon as I see the email, this way it's done and I don't have to think about it again.

PAY OVER TIME
If you've selected to Pay Over Time your surveys will be sent once you've paid in full. The soon you've completed payment, the sooner you'll get the survey.

FAILED/ERRORED PAYMENTS
Always be sure to check that your payments go through, both for the pledge level you've chosen AND for the add-ons/shipping with the survey. If either of these fail or error, your rewards will not be shipped out to you.
Even if you think you're good, double check please!

WHAT'S NEXT
After I've sent out the surveys and have gotten a majority of them back, I will go ahead and begin ordering all the things with the manufacturers. My hope is to have them begin production before the end of September and hopefully be able to ship everything out to you by Dec/Jan depending on the manufacturer. This is the longest part of the process where we get to sit back and wait. 
I'll be sure to share any updates I get from my manufacturer with you as well so you can be informed. Hopefully there won't be any delays. Lets keep our fingers crossed!!
