Project Update: New Stretch Goals Are Up – Landmarks, Bonus Rules & Bree!

We're amazingly grateful and humbled by your great support for this project, which is off to a great start. Thank you!
As the initial stretch goals were unlocked quicker than we could imagine, we have now added five more goals, trying to strike a good balance between what has been requested and what is doable without jeopardizing the timeline of the entire project. This is what we have lined up:
- Second Cloth Ribbon in Collector’s Editions – already unlocked!
- Bonus Landmark: The Tower Of Triumph, to be added to the Gondor/Rohan expansion: In Umbar there stands a black tower, and it is full of eyes. It is there that the seers and sorcerers of the city keep watch upon Gondor, and work many dark designs. Nothing happens in Umbar without their notice.
- Bonus Rules: Setting Up Camp. If we reach this goal, optional rules for setting up camp in the Wild will be added to the Revised Core Rules. Designed to complement rather than replace the Journey rules, they can be used to enliven shorter traveling sequences, or whenever the Company’s choice of campsite and preparations for the night are likely to matter. When the Company stops for the night in the Wild, the players may use the Combat diagram to show how the Player-heroes prepare their camp.
- Digital Art Compilation. If we reach this goal, and extensive digital compilation of the amazing art from this project will be share with all backers at no additional cost.
- Bree Map in the Core Rules. If we reach this goal, a new detailed map of the village of Bree, painted by Francesco Mattioli, will be included in the revised Core Rules manual. The chief village of the Bree-land is the Company’s first Safe Haven: a place where its members may find rest and respite, meet at the sign of the Prancing Pony, and prepare for journeys into the Wild. The map brings its streets, gates, and landmarks to life.
