When can I choose my pin(s)?

Surveys will be sent out shortly after the campaign is completed. You will be able to select your pin design(s) at that time and add on any additional designs you might have missed.

What can I expect shipping fees to be?

Shipping will be calculated and collected after the campaign through the Pledge Manager. We have an approximation by location: • US: $6+ • Canada: $18+ • Worldwide (Except EU): $22+ Please Note: Shipping is not included in the price listing. Backers outside of the US are responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other additional costs associated with importing goods into their country and those costs are NOT included in their pledge or shipping cost.

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer shipping to the EU at this time. Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements, small businesses like mine face significant challenges in complying with these new safety and documentation standards. This includes increased costs and administrative work that are difficult to manage at my scale. I am exploring ways to comply with the GPSR and hope to offer EU shipping in the future. Please stay connected via social media or my newsletter for updates.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

If you're a retailer looking to support this project, contact us. We'd be happy to work with you.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. But please contact us if you have problems with your order.

Can I get the pins from any of Geekhive Labs previous campaigns?

Yes! We will include an expanded assortment in the backer survey for any remaining stock from previous campaigns.

How can I contact you?
