I will be using trusted manufacturers that I have worked with in the past. Occasionally, there are minor delays, but I will always be upfront with backers about delays. It’s important that you understand this is a crowdfunding campaign. It is not an online store, so please do not expect your items to be sent/delivered immediately after the campaign ends. The money raised from the campaign will fund the production of the pins, which means the pins will not be made until after the funds have been received.

The pin designs shown on the campaign page are mockups only. Some variation with size and colour is likely to occure during the manufacturing process, but the designs will be kept as close to the mockups as possible. Each pin is handmade, so may have minor imperfections. For example, there may be some scruff/buff marks, specks/bubbles/pores, low/uneven fills, and slight defects with text/detailing. I will only send out first grade pins to backers, but even first grade pins can have slight imperfections. Myself and the manufacturer use Pantone C series colour code. However, different phones, computers, and other devices have different settings, which means the colour could vary between screens. It also means the final colours on the pins could look different from the mockups. If the design has glitter, pearl enamel, translucent enamel, or coloured metal plating, these could also vary on the physical product.

I do not offer refunds once the campaign has ended, except in extenuating circumstances. After the campaign has ended and surveys have been sent out, you will have plenty of time to fill in your survey and choose your pins. Once surveys are locked and any add-ons charged, you will not be able to make any changes to your rewards. Exchanges will only be given if the pin is damaged during transit and not due to minor imperfections (please read the section on pin designs for imperfections). If your pin is damaged during transit, please send me a message with a photo of the damaged pin and your order number.

Once the shipping process is completed, backers will be notified via a campaign update. The campaign update will have a final survey completion date for anyone who hasn’t filled it in. If your survey is not completed by the date given, and your shipping costs have not been paid, you will forfeit your pledge payment and rewards. I will not fulfill forfeited rewards and pledge levels after the completion date.

Every package from this campaign will come with a tracking number, but even with tracking, sometimes packages get lost in the post. Once the shipping process has been completed, you will have a certain amount of time to contact me about lost/missing orders. If you do not contact me within that timeframe, you will forfeit your rewards and I will not resend your rewards or offer a refund.

It is your responsibility as a backer to complete your survey, pay for add-ons, and pay for shipping fees within a timely manner. As a creator, I can only communicate with backers via project updates and emails through Backerkit (I can only send emails to the address I have on file from your pledge). It is your responsibility as a backer to check and read project updates and to check for your survey. If you do not fill in your survey and fail to stay updated, you could risk forfeiting your rewards.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
