These are currently being shipped out! Despite having packaging there is a layer of protective film on every side of this keychain. It is a transparent covering so it isn't SUPER obvious compared to the other keychains. This protective covering includes the CD part of the keychain, both sides will need to be pealed on the CD. So if you notice small scratches on the keychain make sure that you've pealed everything from the keychain.
Any additional items in your package are intended, a thank you freebie for being so patient with us <3
Voice lines are mostly shipped out by now. I will put out an announcement when they are all shipped to see if anyone has not received their voice line yet
The keychain like a CD has been designed and ordered and should be with us soon. As soon as it arrives I will ship the remaining orders.
One caveat: orders with a postcard need Ash to draw your design and she is still working hard on the game. If I can get those done now I will. Otherwise we will send without the postcard and send those separately once they are done.

You have until August 15th 8pm BST to fill out the Name in Credits Supporters Form, this give you a month to ensure that your choice is properly recorded!
Please, only use the form if:
- you're sure you are eligible for the Name in Credits reward through your pledge
- you really, reallyreallyreally want to change/remove how you are credited; by default we'll credit you under your Backerkit username

I know voice actors are busy but a simple "we haven't forgotten about this" update would probably calm a lot of our anxieties for people like me who are still waiting. For me, I know Michael Kovach was definitely busy for sure. But I keep getting really anxious with no updates. Best wishes, though. <3
I've been waiting for an update for my items. They've been sitting as ready to ship since 2024 but have not been sent out. I've sent a message through backerkit and email to the admin@billiebbustup account but haven't heard anything back. Any updates would be appreciated

Soo uh I’ve received my Aristotle voice request back in 2025 But that was it. barnaby, Dimitri, Elaine and Dutch haven’t been sent to me. I just wanna know if it’s still in the process since I heard that some of the va’s had to get new mics because it was having some issues or if it’s already finished but somthings going on. I emailed bbu about my voice request and haven’t heard anything back (I think it was because I emailed [email protected] and didn’t found out that it’s the wrong gmail until now) I’m just concerned because when I emailed them the first time about it apparently my order was skipped from export for some weird reason and I’m worried that I was skipped again for the other voice requests I ordered :’3
Basically that, and looking at the community posts here seems I'm not the only one who never received anything from their pledge. I did the Fantoccio pledge plus a Barnaby t-shirt and sheet music PDF. I understand not getting the music pdf until the game is out, but none of the other items are spoilers for the game
