Three months ago, the last official project update mentioned that EU/UK fulfillment had started and was 90% complete. I am still waiting. I am aware that having one of the top tier pledge levels adds to the complexity of my order. I am aware that I had to submit my survey on time *or face delays*. I am aware that international shipping is complex. I received the survey on October 20th, 2025 and submitted it on the same day. I received an address confirmation email from Spiral Galaxy on March 6th 2026. I am still waiting. When contacting Spiral Galaxy and Goodman Games, I suddenly heard that there was a Wave 2 and that (for whatever reason) my order was part of this. I would love to have a clearer, more detailed communication about what's going on. On the other hand, I am aware that backing a crowdfunding project brings its own challenges, though as someone who handed over some of my money to help you with your endeavour I would love to hear what's going on. I am aware that Goodman Games Anniversary will launch in October. Before I decide to back this, I'd like to hear what Goodman Games is planning to do to improve on their communication. As a sidenote, Indie Boards and Cards had some issues with EU shipments on their latest Aeon's End Beyond the Breach campaign on Gamefound. And then they communicated on the situation on June 10th and June 16th to update the patient backers on what's going on. Their communication is an example of what good communication in bad situations look like.
