Digital Rewards for Pledges
Digital rewards for specifically pledge items have been distributed! If you have paid for you pledge in full, then you have already received access to your digital rewards for the items included in your pledge. We were able to take everyone's rewards from the crowdfunding campaign and add them directly to your Gooey Cube Shop accounts, so your digital rewards are accessible through our website and you should have received an email notification.
If you selected to pay your pledge in installments through BackerKit, then you will not have received your digital rewards for your pledge as of yet. Once the payments are complete, we will add the digital rewards to your account.
Don’t already have a Gooey Cube Shop account? No worries! Your digital rewards are still connected to the email address you used to back the campaign. Visit https://shop.gooeycube.com/, select the account sign-in option, and use that same email address. Follow the prompts to sign in or create your account, and your digital rewards should appear in your account once you are logged in. If you use a different email address or have trouble accessing your rewards, please contact [email protected] so the Goo Crew can help.
Where are my add-on files?
If you are looking for your digital add-on rewards, you won't see them just yet! Currently, you only have access to the digital files for your main pledge items, as those were already paid for during the campaign. We are holding off on locking surveys and charging cards for add-ons and shipping until we are closer to fulfillment. This gives you plenty of time to fill out and edit your survey, and it ensures we don't charge you for extras or shipping until we are fully ready to ship. Once we do lock surveys and process those final charges, your digital add-ons will unlock. (Waiting to charge is also official best-practice advice from BackerKit to ensure creators are ready to deliver before collecting additional funds!)
However, if you'd prefer to receive your add-on digital rewards right away, and are okay with us locking and charging your order early, then please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get that situated. Like with the pledge rewards, we will add your digital files straight to your Gooey Cube Shop account and you will receive a notification when they're ready.

Digital pledge rewards are available through your Gooey Cube Shop account, accessible at https://shop.gooeycube.com/ with the same email address you used to back the Darkenhaven ENNIES Showcase campaign.
Digital add-on rewards will not be available until we lock orders shortly before fulfillment begins. If you'd like your order to be locked and charged before then, send us your request at [email protected].

The Darkenhaven pledge surveys have officially been sent to our backers!
Thank you all for your patience while our little Gooey Team completed the final configuration checks. We carefully reviewed product weights, shipping ranges, destination rates, duties, and tariff fees to ensure the surveys were working properly before releasing them to everyone.
If you have not yet seen your survey, please check the inbox associated with your pledge, along with your spam, junk, and promotions folders. The email will contain a link allowing you to review your pledge, confirm your reward selections, provide your shipping address, and complete any remaining steps.
Pay-Over-Time Backers
Please note: If you selected the "pay-over-time" option when submitting your pledge during the crowdfunding campaign, BackerKit will not distribute your pledge survey to you until your balance is paid in full. If you're unsure if you selected pay-over-time, or if you believe you didn't but still haven't received your survey after checking the above-mentioned locations, then please feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to investigate.

Sir Gooey Lawrence, GooEyad, and the Goo Crew here with an important update regarding your pledge surveys.
We were preparing to send out the “smoke test” yesterday and we discovered an issue during our final review and testing. Said issue was a configuration problem that could have caused shipping rates to be calculated incorrectly. This could have potentially caused our shipping costs to calculate the rates at substantially higher amounts than they should actually be. Thus, rather than release the surveys with a known issue and attempt to correct it afterward, we are taking a little additional time to verify the product weights, shipping ranges, duties, tariff fees and destination rates. And please know we are very close to completing that task.
But… as a result, pledge surveys will now be released on this schedule:
Today: Smoke Test (we send to 5% of the backers at each pledge level to ensure there are no errors).
Monday: Review Smoke Test results and fix any final issues (we do not anticipate any).
Monday, Tuesday the latest: Pledge surveys distributed to all backers.
Please know that the materials you will be receiving are substantial, and we need to make sure we have everything calculated correctly for all our sakes! The Worldbuilder Bundle alone contains more than 29 pounds of products before packaging. With shipments of this size... and backers joining us from around the world… making sure everything is configured correctly the first time is absolutely the right move.
Our little gooey team is completing the final shipping checks now. We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as the surveys are ready to be released. Once surveys are available and completed, digital rewards will become accessible as described in our previous update.
Aside from this short survey delay, everything continues moving forward. We are working closely with our printer to ensure that all your marvelous Darkenhaven and Gloomport items are produced to the tip-top quality you expect from the Goo Crew!

GooEyad and the Goo Crew here! First and foremost, thank you all again for making the 10-day ENNIES Showcase such an incredible event. It was an honor to feature Darkenhaven alongside so many other fantastic award-winners, and we are thrilled to welcome so many new faces to the world of Zyathé!
We wanted to give you a quick update on where things stand regarding your pledge surveys and rewards.
When to Expect Your Surveys (Next Week!)
BackerKit recommended that we wait at least 14 days after the campaign ended to open the pledge manager and send out surveys. This hold period allows for payments to be processed, for failed payments to be resolved, and ensures everything is locked in on the backend.
Unfortunately for our timeline, that 14-day mark landed exactly while the Goo Crew was away surviving the magnificent chaos that is Gen Con. Because of this convention overlap, we need just a bit more time to make sure everything is configured perfectly on our end. We want this process to be as smooth as possible, taking what we've learned from our last crowdfund to inform how we set up the pledge manager this time.
The great news is that the surveys are nearly ready, and we will be officially releasing them next week... likely on Thursday or Friday.This will give us enough time to test the pledge manager, make sure we haven’t missed anything, and keep that process smooth and easy for you. Please keep an eye on your inboxes.
Immediate Access to Digital Rewards
We know you are eager to start exploring the city! As soon as you receive and fill out your pledge survey next week, you will gain immediate access to your digital rewards. This includes all the digital files for Darkenhaven as well as Gloomport (if it is part of your pledge).
The One Exception: The only digital file that will not be immediately available is the Monsters of the Gloomport bonus supplement. We are currently in the process of writing this bonus addition! Once it is complete and polished to our gooey standards, we will distribute that file to everyone who pre-registered.

Just a quick update for everyone! BackerKit advised us to wait until after 14 days to send out the Pledge Manager, so of sending it out last week like we had planned, it will launch right after we are back from Gen Con (which takes place this weekend).
We'll send out another email as soon as it's live, along with instructions for completing your pledge, adding any extras, and making sure your shipping information is up to date.
