Apologies for the radio silence- I've been having a rough time accomplishing things as of late, not least of which includes shipping books. However, things are returning to normal, and with that I can resume distribution.

The last time I unlocked addresses on here appears to have been back in November, so I'll be unlocking addresses once more until 8/6 at 11:59pm, to prepare for a large outgoing shipment on 8/7. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding- I know that this has been an unacceptable delay, but I haven't forgotten you.
