Salutations Delvers!

With Winter Storm Heather and lake effect snow slamming us here in Buffalo, we've been doing work from home to get calendars stuffed in their envelopes and ready to ship! The postal service has been suffering interruptions here, but... Monday January 22nd is our ship date. You can expect to start receiving tracking numbers on Monday.

Hello there delvers!

Cards have begun charging for shipping, which means digital downloads are being unlocked! You won't get the notification that you've got digital goods ready until you've completed the survey. There's a 48 hour period between survey completion and card charges, and the hiccup we faced was that digital downloads couldn't go out until cards were charged and backer balances were zero'd out, so if you haven't filled the survey out yet, do so now!

We cannot ship you your rewards or give you the digital goodies until you've done so, but as it took a few extra days than we'd expected, I've got an extra goodie in store for you:

I'm currently uploading download files that have the full, SFW artwork from the calendar itself, including the cover variants on both calendars! These are going to be available to backers at every single tier.

Thank you so, so much! Altogether, you raised over three times our goal. Us folks here at Heartleaf and the artists have all been watching eagerly as the campaign has progressed.

And good news for all backers - you can get your digital calendars tomorrow! We'll send the backerkit survey, and all you need to do is respond to it to get access to the digital calendar.

The wheels are already turning for the physical orders. If you purchased just one of either the physical calendar or the art prints, keep an eye out for that survey, which will allow you to choose which of the two variants you want to receive.

You must respond to the Backerkit survey in order to receive your goods! We need to collect your address if you're receiving a physical calendar.

Greetings delvers!

I was so excited yesterday that my update stating everything would be available today may have been premature! Backerkit's review of our surveys can take a day or two to complete, but once it's finished you will be able to complete the survey and receive your digital download of the calendars and prints. Every pledge level receives access to the digital bundle.

Once the review is finished, we'll send you an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

You've done it, delvers! In under an hour, you smashed through our funding goal, and I could not be more happy. The artists for these calendars have worked SO hard and it's been thrilling to see it all come together. There's still some 100 For 100 bundles remaining, if you want to snatch them up, but it looks like they'll be gone soon!

Shipping will be charged after the campaign is concluded on December 14th! You will receive a survey email from Backerkit, where you'll provide your address! You'll also be able to grab any add-ons you want at that point.
