I just wanted to send out an update reiterating this:
**YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY.**
Some folks have filled out their survey but haven't submitted them yet, and I imagine that might be because you weren't ready for your card to be charged yet. So I just wanted to encourage you to please complete and submit your survey asap. Submitting your survey now will give me the best count of how many of each item I need to order.
Your cards won't be charged for add-ons and shipping until sometime next month in June at the earliest.
So please, once again, submit your surveys if you haven't already.

I have just sent out the "smoke test" portion of the survey, which means 5% of backers in each pledge level will receive the survey first to make sure there are no issues with it.
If everything goes smoothly, I'll send out the rest of the surveys within the next few days, so please keep an eye on your inboxes!
Friendly reminder that surveys are not optional! Your survey is where I will collect your shipping information as well as which items you want to receive with your reward. If you don't fill out your survey, I cannot send you your order.
A few other things to keep in mind:
Shipping hasn't been charged yet, and will be charged at a later date, after you fill out your survey. So please be prepared to see that come up as an extra charge later on!
I didn't realize that BackerKit would be taking fees out of the shipping costs, and to compensate for this, I've had to add $1 more to the estimated shipping costs originally stated on the campaign. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you decide to order additional add-ons during the survey, you will be charged for them at a later date.
I will notify backers via project update when I'm planning to charge cards for shipping and add-ons.

I've decided to do another stream tomorrow while I work on more postcard designs! I'll be working on the Dante postcard, and possibly the Theren postcard as well depending on how quickly I can work.

Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade pledges? I currently have the 1 Standard Pin + 1 sticker add on. I was hoping to upgrade to the All In Tier. I tried to do so in the survey but I couldn't find the option.

Just a quick heads up - please double check your payment confirmation emails to make sure your payments went through. I'm sitting at a pretty hefty handful of failed payments at the moment which means that's funding I won't receive when I get the payout from BackerKit.
You should have gotten an email confirmation from BackerKit about your payment so please do check it over to make sure it went through and didn't get declined.
If you don't fix it within the two weeks BackerKit takes to process payments, you'll have another chance to fix it when you're sent the survey.
If you don't fix failed payments, I can't send you your rewards. So if you want your pins, please do fix those up as soon as possible!

I love reading books! And this is a far-fetched thought, but in a future Monster Match campaign it would be amazinggg to have the boyfriends as magnetic bookmark add-on options (like thin magnets with the prints of the boyfriends on them and cut in their shapes) to see them every time I read a book! 🔥👀

What comes next?
Next, I will be sending out the post-campaign surveys as soon as I can! The survey is mostly set up already, I just need to do a few more things and hopefully it'll go out within the next few days.
Reminder: Surveys are not optional! The survey is where I will collect your shipping information in addition to where you will select which pin designs you'll receive with your reward. If you don't fill out the survey, I can't send you your rewards. Please fill it out as soon as possible after you receive it! I'll be cutting off survey responses on May 31st. I do not accept refunds for people who don't fill out the survey. You'll hear from me again once I start sending out the surveys, so keep an eye on your inbox over this next week.

First off, thank you to those who managed to make it to the stream today, it was a really fun time!
We have 3 days left and BOY I've got a lot of things to announce today - coming in clutch with a bunch of new stuff to show off!
First off, here is the final artwork for Enoch, the Eldritch Horror! He turned out so fun. I'm going to make use of recessed metal with this one. The inside of his mouth and the back layer of tentacles will be recessed meaning they'll be slightly lower than the rest of the metal in an attempt to give the pin some depth.
Next, I also managed to finish another postcard design during the stream - Silas! I love how he turned out. Only 3 postcards left to go...phew!
New Stickers
Next on the agenda - I was surprised by my guest artist Foxpirate with some new stickers! He added Enoch and Theren to his collection of Monster Match chibis! These will be individually die-cut and included with all orders of the sticker sheet.
New Keychain
I got surprised AGAIN by another good friend of mine, twigsartblog, who also drew Theren! I discussed with them and decided to turn it into a keychain.
This keychain will be about 3" and is now available as an add on for an additional $15! He'll also be included in the "ALL-IN" pledge tier at no extra cost.

Hey everyone! I wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to all of you who participated in the Build A Boyfriend polling process! It was SO much fun, and I'm happy to see that it seems like you all had a lot of fun too. It truly was an amazing experience getting to see this come together.

Personally, I think he turned out REALLY cool! Do note that this is still a refined sketch - I have not yet finalized the artwork.
Speaking of which, don't forget that on Monday, April 15th I will be doing a livestream showing the process of turning this refined sketch into the finalized artwork that I will send to the manufacturer. This applies to bird backers only, so if you aren't an early bird backer, you can disregard this update!
I wanted to clarify something that I unfortunately forgot to mention in the story section upon launch.
Early bird backers will have the option to add on enamel pins at early bird prices in the post-campaign survey.
I failed to mention this earlier and I do deeply apologize for that. It was not intended maliciously or to try and trick people into spending more money. With trying to get everything ready for launch, it slipped my mind to include it on the campaign page and I didn't remember until someone asked about it in a prior project update a few days ago.
So if you're an early bird backer and you added on extra pins to your order, you're free to remove them from your pledge if you wish and instead wait to purchase your add-ons until you fill out your survey. It'll save you a few dollars.
Of course you're also welcome to keep them as they are now if you're okay with paying full prices for your add-ons. Ultimately, it's up to you.
This only applies to enamel pin add-ons; the extras such as the stickers, sticker sheet, and postcards will be priced the same in the post-campaign survey as they are now.
Again I do apologize for failing to mention this sooner and I hope this update clarifies things.

So I ended up doing a group order with some friends to save on shipping costs, but now Enoch has been revealed, several people are potentially interested. Currently the demands are potentially 3x Enoch pins 😅.
As such with the 'Full set' pledge level -- would it be possible to change 2 or 3 of the standard pins to Enoch?

I've made a slight change in my plans. Originally, I was only going to have one more poll, and it was to determine the color scheme of the pin. However, I will once again need some extra time to prepare for that poll as it's going to require more work than I initially expected.
So instead, today I've made a poll using all the names you guys suggested in the hairstyle poll, and I'm asking you to pick your favorite amongst these to determine what his official name will be!
The poll to determine his color scheme will come tomorrow instead.
