Project Update: Don't forget to vote for additional dino rookie cards!
Happy Tuesday! Popping in for a quick reminder that you can vote for three additional dinosaur rookie cards, which we will make if we reach our stretch goals!
We've got one poll attached to this update, and if you scroll to the bottom of this page you can vote on the other two polls.
Here are the match-ups:
Tongnanlong zhimingi OR Shri rapax
Tongnanlong was a particularly large sauropod (a mamenchisaurid, so it had a very long neck) described in 2025.
Shri rapax was known for having particularly strong hands for a dromaeosaur, but not to be confused with Shri devi, which had extra long toe claws.
Mexidracon longimanus OR Pulaosaurus qinglong
Mexidracon was an ornithomimid with particularly long hands which may have helped it gather up vegetation.
Pulaosaurus was a neornithischian found with a nearly complete skeleton including a fossilized voice box.
Lishulong wangi OR Xingxiulong yueorum
Lishulong was a sauropodomorph with a big impressive head, and surprisingly sharp teeth.
Xingxiulong yueorum was a basal sauropodomorph that is preserved beautifully articulated and quite a bit bigger than the previous species from the genus.
