With 75 pledges a sticker is unlocked! A dragon perhaps? 🤔 I feel like y’all might like those as much as I do.
I’m running numbers for the ultimate upgrade, aka the other printer, now because it looks as though y’all are aiming to make it possible. From the first numbers, the upgrade and quantity required do extend the goal quite a bit, so there is a ways to go yet. I said 300 copy order minimum, and that is the base book count to make an affordable order, but I have to figure out what that actually looks like cost-wise with all the added pretties that make the book a proper treasure, endpages, color pages etc, all of which we’ve already unlocked.
Math…is not my thing in general or ever, so I had to wait for a semi-clear brain, cause y’all stunned me stupid yesterday. XD I did not expect this level of follow over from Misty, and I am so, so grateful for the faith you’re putting in my work. I will do my very best to hand you a book worthy of sitting beside Misty’s on the shelf.
Color me amazed and so so grateful. I went and tried to bury myself in the sawdust of my workshop this morning and not just stare at numbers on my phone. I failed. I had to tell myself I wasn’t allowed to refresh again until I finished this part or put that tool away. I still kept poking that button and the numbers kept climbing. IronBlood funded in an hour. (An hour and like 7min, I’m absolutely rounding XD) and then to top it off, by the time I drove to work and was able to refresh again, you guys unlocked ALL of the main stretch goals. IronBlood is going to be so Pretty. We’ve also unlocked the first pledge count goal of 25. We get a bookmark too! I have scribbles in progress for this already. (I do mean scribbles, I just started on it yesterday. ^.^” )
There are still more pledge number goals to unlock, as well as the Ultimate upgrade, where I change printers to the same one we use for Valdemar and Halfblood, which means we get leather and double foil options!!! I need to make a 300 min book order for accomplish that so I’m going to have to sit down and figure out where that actually lands on the funding goal.
