I understand the situation and all the excuses I've seen posted about why this has "apparently" taken so long to finish. But it was VERY disheartening to find out from another discord member that you were boothing at a con selling these pins when I still havnt received mine after being one of the many people that funded there production in the first place. I feel very betrayed for trusting a member of the discord from being very active and very friendly for months during the creation of this project an idea. Only to then be ghosted and not given my items while you sell them elsewhere. I already read about how you "pre paid" for these conventions but I honestly do not care. I don't even want these pins anymore bc of the bad energy associated with them. If you only want to fulfill my order then please do so in a timely manner that you have already surpassed multiple times. Or send a refund my way. Thank you. It's unfortunate that I even had to write this bc I was so excited to see these pins come to life. But that was over a year ago. And before all this happened. So I no longer feel happiness about getting them if I ever even will.

We were promised bi-weekly updates on discord and the artist's website. Still nothing, and no backerkit update. At this point, I'm curious if we're actually going to receive an update, let alone the items we have already paid for

Hey folks, I came across Instnt Miso Soup's / Paige's Discord and found an update there, so I wanted to share. Wish the update was also posted here, but it does explain why she hasn't updated as expected. I've pledged to some of her past projects and she did a good job at fulfilling them in a timely manner. Despite that, I'm still waiting on my pins from her PokePostage 2 project on Kickstarter and this Buizel project on BackerKit. The quick summary of what happened was a lot of unfortunate things happened to her since she last updated. Some include getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, having a cancer scare, her dad being hospitalized twice and her dad almost dying. She hired someone to help with managing all the business things while she navigated her personal life, but the person didn't do their job properly and has since been fired. She has now received all of the pins for the PokePostage 2 Kickstarter, all of the Buizel bags, and half of the Buizel pins (where the other half is now in production). She is packing everything on her own and plans to get everything fulfilled by the end of September. For the ones not fulfilled by then, she'll start refunding in October. She ultimately isn't trying to scam anyone and is incredibly sorry about everything. Her full Discord message can be found in the replies of my comment. Hope this helps clarify things!

The lack of updates is concerning, especially as a repeat backer. Any information would be great, even if we aren't getting the bags+pins I just want to know at this point since it's been actual months

It has been 7 months since the last update on the campaign. Have any of the items arrived? Will they be shipped out soon?
