Long time no talk! I wanted to make sure I had all the information before making speculative posts, to give you the best information that I have, but it looks like we have a timetable to aim for. This assumes that manufacturing proceeds smoothly, our freight clears customs without delays, and everything reaches the warehouse safely for fulfillment. These dates are tentative and may change because of outside circumstances.
Fulfillment ETA
North America: Our new partners at Quartermaster Logistics will handle fulfillment for the North American region. We're hoping to begin fulfillment of physical products in September 2026, and you should receive your items soon after.
UK/EU/Australia: I'm happy to announce that we're going to have a warehouse in the EU thanks to our new partners at GamesQuest who will handle fulfillment for the UK, EU, New Zealand, and Australia. With Gamesquest, we're looking to offer custom-friendly shipping to these regions. Freight is going to take a bit longer to get there; however, so we're looking to begin fulfillment in this region in October 2026, and you should receive your items soon after.
Rest of the World: We are currently assessing which of our fulfillment partners can best handle your fulfillment so we can provide you the best shipping logistics possible. Best assume for now that we will be going through Gamesquest, meaning a fulfillment by October 2026. If this will be sooner (for example, if we find our North America partners being a better fit for your region), we'll let you know through here!
Shipping Fee Collection
Once we have a clear picture for everyone, we will be collecting fees either in July or August. We will notify every via update the exact date when we are collecting so that everyone is kept in the loop.
Now is a great time to make sure your payment methods are correct. If we cannot collect shipping from you for any reason, we will not be able to ship out your order.

Some of you noticed issues with the Appendix links - after digging in, it looks like the exporter isn’t handling page links correctly in some cases. This will take a bit more time to fully resolve, but the goal is to improve browser compatibility across the board.
As always, we highly recommend using a dedicated PDF reader (like Adobe) for the best experience.

Physical Products will be released later this year - and we will keep you updated with all of the manufacturing and when we'll be shipping physical products out.

This has been our biggest project to date. We're excited to finally get this into your hands. We hope you all enjoy!
Our plan is to spend this week cleaning up the PDF so that it's ready for release. As long as there aren't any catastrophic fixes, our plan is to have the Digital PDF in the hands of our backers/pre-order customers by March 24, 2026.
From there, we'll be preparing Fiendish Forge for physical manufacturing, distribute to our Backers/Pre-Orders - and then publicly releasing it for purchase to everyone else.
