Incorporating Annoying Sidekicks into DnD could be great fun... every session (for whatever reason) the Annoying Sidekicks are switched up and the heroes get new modifiers. Good way to keep things fresh. There could also be a lot of humour from the Annoying Sidekicks being so disposable :)
