Hello, My name is Jacqueline! This is my 1st project with BackerKit and the 4th enamel pins project, Meow-tastic Beverages: Hard Enamel Pins. This project will fund the full-scale production of 7 cute cats in the form of hard enamel pins. They are also available in the form of stickers, washi tape, sticky notes, and art prints. There are a lot of items, so I hope you will enjoy these designs as much as I do and we can bring all of them to life! There is something for everyone!

The initial goal of CAD $800 will go towards unlocking the Bubble Tea Cat Pin and the FREEBIE Cross-Collab Pin. Additional rewards are unlockable as stretch goals. To pledge for additional add-ons, please refer to the below add-ons price chart! You can select more add-ons after the campaign ends through the add-on store, and you will be charged for additional add-ons via card (through Stripe) or PayPal.

Shipping cost is NOT included in tier pricing. It will be calculated and charged after the campaign ends, based on the weight of your package and destination! Please do NOT include any shipping costs in your pledge amount! If you require tracking, please let me know! Please see the shipping cost chart below for estimated shipping fees.

For international backers, please note that you'll be responsible for any customs/VAT fees that may incur. It is illegal for me to change the price or mark the items as gifts on customs forms. Currently, I will not be accepting pledges from Germany backers due to the new Verpack G regulation.

Please note that shipping speed can vary and have delays. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. I will post an update when I drop off the packages for shipping.

All items are final sale (No Refunds, Cancellation, or Exchanges). Please let me know if there are any concerns with your products.  Backers are also responsible for providing the correct address. In the event of undelivered mail that is the fault of the courier, tracked shipments (which include insurance coverage), will allow for a new package to be re-mailed. For undelivered mail at the fault of the recipient (i.e. Incorrect address provided; package not picked up and returned to the post office), with the tracked shipment option or not, the package will be deemed to be delivered and no refund or re-mailing requests will be accepted.

You can choose which items you would like at the end of the campaign. Surveys will be sent out within 48 hours of the campaigns end. The survey will allow you to select which items you'd like and get extra add-ons! You will be able to alter your shipping address at any point, up until I prepare your items for shipment.

Please note that this is just a rough estimate of the timeline and that exact times may vary depending on number of backers, external situations, holidays, etc.

★ Early bird spots are limited to the first 48 hours. If you un-pledge during the campaign and lose your spot, you will not be able to re-pledge again. To add additional items to your pledge, please refer to the add-ons chart and add the cost of each item to your current pledge. 

★ You can select more add-ons at the end of the campaign, through the add-on store, and you will be charged for additional add-ons via card (through Stripe) or PayPal. 

★ When you pledge on BackerKit, you will not be charged for your pledge until the end of the campaign and only if the initial goal is met. If the campaign is unsuccessful, you will not be charged at all. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your pledge level at any time before the campaign ends!

★ Your pledges help to unlock new designs, so even if the design that you like is still locked, your pledge can bring us one step closer to unlocking it. Please pledge for ALL of the items you'd like, even if they aren't unlocked yet! It helps us reach the next goal!

★ Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. Please fill out your survey within 3 months (will have multiple reminders throughout). After the 3 months period, your pledge will assumed as a donation.
