About the Project:

Pocket Munchies is our latest unofficial, fan-made cookbook inspired by the world of Pokémon and the real-world dishes that would fuel any aspiring Trainer.

If you’ve followed our work before, you know this isn’t our first adventure. We’ve created a whole lineup of video game–inspired cookbooks, blending tons of fun facts, playful allusions, and genuinely delicious recipes into collectible books that fans actually use in their kitchens. Each project builds on the last, and Pocket Munchies is our most vibrant one yet.

This mini-cookbook is packed with:

Beautiful, watercolor artwork on nearly every page.
Impressive, approachable recipes inspired by the games and real-world cuisine.
A compact, collectible format perfect for your shelf, kitchen counter, or taking on an adventure!

Recipes Worth Battling For

Inside, you’ll find mouth-watering recipes like:

Slow-Cooked Oxtail
Lava Cookie
Cookout Curry
And many more flavorful surprises

Every recipe is carefully tested and written to be achievable for home cooks just starting out on their travels.

Backer Rewards That Earn You a Badge

This project also expands beyond the page. We have even more backer rewards like collectible badge-inspired enamel pins, along with other fun extras designed for fans who want to wear pride. Expect fun physical rewards that pair beautifully with the book itself!

Stretch Goals

If we hit our stretch goals, we’ll unlock even more delicious recipes. One of our favorites? A nice jelly donut recipe!

Pocket Munchies is our love letter to cooking, collecting, and the joy of discovering something new. Whether you’re here for the art, the badges, or the promise of lava cookies fresh from the oven, we’re so excited to cook up this adventure with you.

Oops! Pocket Munchies Leaked Early

Well, this is embarrassing. Pocket Munchies wasn't supposed to be live yet, but our little cookbook got a little too hungry and wandered out of the kitchen early! BUT IT IS STILL UNDERDONE!

If you already found us and pledged: thank you, seriously. You're officially our earliest (and sneakiest) backers. We're working with the BackerKit team right now to sort things out, and we'll follow up soon with exactly what happens to your pledge. You don't need to do anything in the meantime.

If you're just following along: hang tight! We're putting the finishing touches on everything, and we'll let you know the moment the real launch date is set. Keep following so you don't miss it.

Thanks for your patience, and for being excited about this cookbook. We can't wait to share the full thing with you.

Love,
