Welcome to the Inheritance of Ash project. I am an aspiring author, with plenty of imagination and talent to show the world, but I am but one man. I need your help to bring this project to fruition.
For a little overview of the project, this will be a multi-part series. I estimate I will need 4 to 5 books to complete the saga of the Inheritance of Ash. The first book, Dawn of Conflict, is already in the works. I have been working on it for quite some time now and plan on working on it for a while longer. About a year and a half will be necessary for the completion of this book. For you who would back this project, here is a little summary of the setting and the plot:
This story takes place on Leiwa, specifically on the continent of Teysa and its neighboring isles. For this first book, our three protagonists, Freya, Jamie and Lauryanne will begin their great adventure. For some, it will be a traditional take on the concept of adventure. For most, particularly one about themselves. For all, something that will cause rippling waves to influence the entire world. There is a fourth "hidden" main character to this book, though their role will consolidate itself in the second book of this series, Zenith of Blades. At the start of this story, the planet has found itself at the mercy of three major cataclysmic events that have shaped it like never before. Those that survived them, founded the New World in which our characters evolve today. Leiwa is old, rich and complex, and so it will slowly reveal itself to you, through the eyes of the characters that discover it. I hope you will be as starstruck as them.
As for the campaign itself, the Pledge tiers will be about extra merch and bonus documents and insights into the making of the first book, as well as the future of the series. There is a plan about a discord server in the future, should the enterprise take flight enough.
Finally, I left a little gift for you. If you do want to follow this project, I have already included the Prelude to the story.
