All of my plushies have already been prototyped and are ready to send into production as soon the campaign ends. The time it takes to produce these plushies ranges from 2-3 months, bar any delays. It takes an additional one (1) month to ship to me by sea freight.

I ship to the United States and Canada, as well as the UK and a handful of non-EU countries and parts of Asia. Please note that I am NOT responsible for customs or import taxes, and I am also NOT responsible for VAT. You must pay these, if applicable.

Due to the EU's importation laws, I must have a representative to QC my plushies to directly ship to any country in the EU. I cannot afford that, as I am a single creator and not a corporation. However, if you live in the EU and really want a plushie, please get in touch with a trusted friend or family member from the U.S., Canada, or any non-EU country, and they can act as a proxy for you. You may also use any proxy company that provides this service, but please understand that by using such a service, I am not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please do ample research on any proxy service before committing.

After the campaign ends, and before pledges ship, you will have an opportunity to tell me which Softie(s) you would like to bring home. Please keep an eye out for surveys, as these are my direct communications with you! If you do not choose a Softies plush, I will likely need to process your pledge last.

My plushies are made of all-new materials (polyester and polyfill), and also contain small weighted beads to give your friend a good cuddly feel. Although they are made to withstand regular cuddling and play, I do not recommend ever washing your plushies in the washing machine. Washing machines are extremely rough, and may destroy your plush. Instead, I recommend using a clean toothbrush and diluted laundry detergent for spot cleaning.

Although these plushies are meant for cuddling, I cannot recommend giving them to your pets or infant, as rough handling can result in small parts breaking off and causing harm if swallowed. The Softies also do not like being torn up. It hurts them as much as it hurts my heart seeing them destroyed... so please don't do that!

While it would be so sad to see you go, you may cancel your pledge before the backing period ends. Once the project's funding period closes, you WILL NOT be able to cancel or request a refund. So, please only back my project if you are 100% certain you want to adopt one (or more) of my plushies.

No, pledges will not be allowed refunds or cancellations after the campaign closes. This is because the money I have earned from the campaign will directly fund all of my production, shipping and materials costs. Please DO NOT back the project if you are unsure of your finances.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
