Just under two weeks left to go! By a tiny smidge, our first standard size unlock will be;
Jupiter, from the Deptford Mice. Only one design from this series; based on the cover of 'the Dark portal', because I didn't really want to do anthro style characters. This is a 2" design, with gold plating and (lots) of screen printed layers.
Someone tell me how the heck these books were ever cleared as a children's series, my goodness. Robin Jarvis simultaneously terrified me off horror and started a lifelong fascination. The books scared me so much but I had to know what happened. They are glorious. I do recommend them, and his Witches of Whitby series, but do check the content warnings; even for kids' books there is so much in there. True horror content, not just the kind of thing that goes hand in hand with reading books about animals doing animal things.
Anyone else know these ones? I wasn't sure if it was a very UK series but it did win the poll so, curious minds need to know.
