Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your patience and I apologize for the late update.
I’ve been trying to get a clear status on my packages for the past six weeks, but there’s been a lot of back-and-forth and delays between me and my manufacturers.
Here’s what I know so far:
First, new certifications are required for certain products entering the US as of July 2026, which has added extra time and costs ($$) to our orders.
Second, parcel entry into the US has reportedly become stricter about package contents, resulting in border holds and widespread delays.
Our packaging and stickers are ready to go, but we’re still waiting on the pins. I was really hoping everything would arrive on time, which is why I kept holding off on this update. But now that it’s the end of August, I have to assume fulfillment will be delayed.
According to my manu, the pins have already shipped but appear to be stuck in holding. They were shipped after my pin restocks, which I unexpectedly received about a week ago. I’m still discussing possible solutions for worst-case scenarios with my manu, but for now, I’ve been told the only thing I can do is wait.
I’ll send another update once I have something concrete to share, including when your shipping addresses can be updated. Pls trust that I’ll make sure each package is worth the wait and that your packages will get to you. 🙏🏼
As a side note, I tore a ligament in my left hand four months ago, so I’ve also had to limit my time on the computer. My team has been working harder in person and offline to compensate for my injury so it’s been harder to keep up with online needs. But thank you for bearing with the lapse in communication!

I will begin locking orders and charging cards this Friday, April 10th at 11AM PDT. You'll get a final reminder from BackerKit on Wednesday. Please review everything before then:
‼️ Double-check your selections (designs + names) There was an image error where Sewaddles was shown as Prickly Pair. It was quickly fixed on the first day of surveys, but pls double-check that your selections are correct.
‼️ Make sure your payment method is active BackerKit will notify you of issues, but failed charges may delay your order.
‼️ Complete your survey About 30 surveys are still incomplete.
You cannot edit your orders after this Friday! However, I will be locking shipping addresses in a few months in case any of you move, etc.
I pushed the charge date slightly due to file prep, but everything is still on track so far! Next update will be when I receive manufacturer photos + I'll be sure to update the timeline then too.
