Hi Team, I backed this project mainly because it was promoted as "ready to ship", and I understand that you may need to order more copies from the factory to fulfil all the orders. However, I would expect regular updates and more transparency about the project's progress. For example, you could let us know that you already have 5,000 copies ready and are just waiting for the final few hundred with expected time frame. On crowdfunding platforms in China, "ready to ship" usually means the product is already in stock and can be shipped almost immediately. I was expecting something similar here, with shipping starting shortly after the pledge manager closes, or perhaps a week or two later. Even if that's not possible, I would still expect clear updates on the progress. For example, you could let us know that production is 90% complete, with shipping expected in late October, and keep us updated if anything changes. I don't mind if unexpected issues come up and cause delays, but the lack of communication isn't appropriate, especially for a crowdfunding project.
