So anybody else in the boat where they finally got tracking, it says the label was created...and then a week later that the shipper is still waiting for the package? Customer service said to just ignore that (and then instantaneously closed my ticket, pretty rude if you ask me)...but it seems most other folks had their packages over a week ago. I'd deal with support, but like I said, they just instantly close the ticket and tell me to keep waiting, everything is normal.... I reached out to the shipper's customer support, and they are adamant it has not yet been received, and referred me back to Kobold. Very frustrating.
