#5 Post-Campaign Update: THE PINS HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED!!! Shipping starts this week 🎉
Hi everyone, I hope you are staying cool and well hydrated in the summer heat ~! ☀️
First of all, I want to apologize to all of you for the longer than expected wait for a new update regarding the progress of the campaign. After the last post, communication with the manufacturer has unexpectedly become very difficult (to the point where Bunny and I didn't receive any answer for weeks despite multiple communication attempts or ended up receiving contradicting information about the current state of production/shipping), which not only left us deeply worried, but unfortunately also made it impossible to give any definitive update to all of you out there. None of this was forseeable for us, since all prior projects realized through this manufacturer went smoothly and without any complications. At the same time, as of right now, we are still left with no explanation for why this happened.
Thankfully though, I can confirm that the pins have finally arrived last week! 🎉🥹🎉
With quality assurance and labeling already finalized since then, I will move forward with shipping, starting this week 🎉
Additionally, to make up for the inconvenience, I spent the time of uncertainty looking for other manufacturing options and arranged a batch of mini pins for you to receive as a bonus with your order! ✨
I hope this small gift will bring you joy and turn the time spent waiting into a more positive experience!💗
Sadly, one last crucial information must be shared: While quality checking all of the campaign-relevant enamel pin batches, I noticed a production error with the Coffeeshark pins. While other batches have only been mildly affected with faulty variants that can easily be sorted out without consequences for your shipment, the entire Coffeeshark pin batch needs to be redone by the manufacturer. The factory has already been contacted about this matter, so the reworking phase should begin shortly. Of course, I will not let you wait any longer to receive any of the other products, so I will move forward shipping everything out to you, except for the Coffeeshark pins. As soon as the new batch has arrived, I will ship those out separately, with any additional shipping cost covered by me!
And, as you probably have guessed, I am already in the process of coming up with a waiting time bonus for those affected by this as well 💗
Once again, I am very sorry for the unexpected inconvenience. I wish this update could have arrived earlier and with less obstacles included, but I am giving it all to make the best of this situation for you!
With that being said, I will get back to it and start packing up your orders in the upcoming days! Once everything is on it's way, I will post another update here~!

A couple of weeks have passed since the last update, so I wanted to stop by and let you know where we're at regarding the campaign's progress~ ✨
While the arrival of all externally produced merch (stickers and enamel pins) at my place was originally estimated to happen somewhere between mid-late April, we are facing a slight shipment delay, most likely caused by a higher demand on the manufacturers' side because of con season. HOWEVER! I have received updates from both manufacturers within the past couple of days with very exciting news 💗
The matte holo stickers are already in transit and have arrived in Belgium yesterday, which means they are going to arrive at my place next week!
As for the enamel pins - they are currently in the last steps of production, which means I can expect shipping to happen within the next 2-3 weeks! 🥹 The manufacturer was also so kind to send over a small sneak peek of some pins being finalized right now:
(some parts of the glaze still need to be applied but looking at them being almost done is soooo exciting QwQ)
Since we are getting closer to setting up your orders to be shipped out from my place soon, I will move forward with locking addresses and charging cards within the next couple of days~!

Since the campaign has ended and we officially transitioned to the survey phase, I just wanted to check in with everyone and share some information about what's going on behind the scenes. ✨
As you all know, we have reached the 2.000€ mark with the campaign and thus, unlocked all designs for production (THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!) 🥹💗 While the data for your individual orders are being collected through the survey system, the design files are being finalized to be submitted to the manufacturers as soon as possible (aka as soon as all surveys have been filled out ☺️) //Also, HUGE SHOUTOUT to my dearest Bunny&Tea for being the greatest help in setting up vector files. QwQ You are the best~!!💖//
That being said, production is getting closer and closer, as we are currently at a survey completion rate of 86%!💕 Only 10 people are missing at this point in time, so I hope this update might reach you out there as a small reminder to check our inbox (and potentially spam.....although I hope it didn't end up there haha) :3
I am still in utter disbelief that the campaign has grown the way it did and feel very excited about starting production soon 😭 Once again, thank you so much to everyone of you out there making all of this possible💖

#2 Update after Launch Week🎉 (ADD-ON MERCH ARRIVAL💕)
Hi everyone~! 💕
With the first week since launch being over and having a little less than two weeks left on the campaign, I wanted to give you guys another update on the state of everything. :3
As most of you probably already noticed, the additional stretch goal, introducing Cupcakeshark and Matchashark has been added!Tiers that included a full set of stickers and/or pins have been altered to include the new designs as well, which means that those tiers will now include 10 instead of 8 designs (of course, the price point has NOT changed, so backers who support such tiers will simply get more rewards to honor the "whole menu" promise 💖)
Besides that, the order of add-ons I had already placed at the start of this campaign, has arrived~! 🎉🥳🎉 Since there's now two more designs, I will have to include their magnet versions in the later order with the stickers, BUT as far as this recent order goes, the quality of the products is VERY SATISFYING 😍
The washi tape is very durable and doesn't tear easily when pulling it off the roll. It's opacity is also holding up well (I think you can maybe see approx. 30% of what's underneath~), so overall it's a fun experience to use it 💕
As for the sticky notes, I am very happy with their hold and print quality! Sometimes, when I buy sticky notes for myself, the glue ends up being a little weird and either doesn't stick at all or leaves a sticky film on the next note on the pad, but testing this product has left me with a very positive feeling. The notes stick well to other matte surfaces, yet don't leave a weird sticky film on the pad. The paper itself is also not too thin, so writing on it feels pretty natural~☺️
But my favorite new arrival by far has got to be the magnets! Having an added epoxy layer on top, the magnets feel very sturdy, yet elegant as their edges are rounding off nicely. Besides the decorative aspect, their hold is actually also pretty good! I tested their strength by adding more and more sheets of copy paper until they eventually were dragged down on my fridge and found out they can hold 5-6 layers of copy paper very well! (Nothing breaks my heart more than having magnets that don't magnet as they should, so rest assured these guys do their job~💖)
So yeah! In case you were wondering what the products would be like, this is what I can share with you from personal testing. The next step will be adding matching product safety labels to each one of them, so they can be shipped off properly after the campaign ends~💕

I am very excited to share with you that the Mehshark Food Pin Series hassuccessfully launched and already reached it's initial funding goal in less than 9 hours!!! 🎉🥳🎉
As the early bird discount & bonus has now come to an end, both the first AND second stretch goal have already been unlocked and we're now headed towards the last originally planned stretch goal!!!🎉 (which I didn't even expect to happen so soon waaah!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT, EVERYONE!!! 😭💖😭💖)
This is my very first crowdfunding project, so receiving such an overwhelmingly positive feedback from everyone makes me feel truly thankful for each and everyone of you showing love to my art and the Mehshark 🥹💗
Since there's still lots of time, yet only one stretch goal left to unlock, I will start working on another additional stretch goal, adding two new Mehshark food pin designs to the menu~!!
