This message is being posted by BackerKit's Trust and Safety team regarding the project Fall and Rise: A Swordbreaker Book.
BackerKit has not received a response from the creator of this project despite outreach across the contact channels available to us. Backers have also reported an extended period without updates or replies.
Under BackerKit's Crowdfunding Rules (https://help.backerkit.com/article/819-backerkit-crowdfunding-rules), creators are responsible for fulfilling the rewards they promise and for maintaining honest, consistent communication with their backers about the status of the project. That includes responding to backer questions and posting updates when timelines change. A prolonged lack of communication is a violation of those expectations.

What we have done
We have notified the creator of the communication expectations that apply to their project and warned them that continued nonresponse affects their standing on BackerKit. That warning has not received a response, and the creator's account standing is now impacted.
While the account remains in this status, the creator is restricted from certain BackerKit services and is not eligible to launch new projects or use BackerKit tools for future projects.
This designation does not release the creator from their obligations. They are still expected to return, communicate with backers, and fulfill this project. If they re-establish contact and resume fulfillment, we will review the account status at that time.
