Hello everyone, my wonderful supporters! It's already been 4 months since we shipped out all our rewards! I hope all Moosabean babies have arrived safe and sound to all of you. :') If you have not received a tracking link(via email or backerkit) or your physical rewards, do send me an email at [email protected] and I'll see what I can do for you.
There were some who have had missing items in their packages as well and are currently residing in the USA, unfortunately the tariffs situation still has not cleared up on our side, and the cost to send out these items are unfortunately quite high... I will be sending out an email to each of you within 1 - 2 days from this post to provide and check with you on your options.
Supporters who have not completed their surveys, I will assume you have cancelled your pledge and will now be locked out of the rewards. :( Do drop me an email should you decide otherwise!

Hi everyone!! Some very exciting news today. Everything is finally on it's way to us! We can finally confirm that we will be preparing to post rewards out in JULY! You'll have 2 weeks from today to finalize your addresses, after which I will be locking all addresses. :) Any updates and changes that may occur on your side during the month of June should be entered asap! Please check your addresses that you have entered in ALL your information to prevent mail being returned to me. Some common issues are: -Missing Unit Number -Missing Floor number -Wrong Street name -Proper postal code Supporters who wish to have their packages resent will have to cover postage costs again.

Hello Everyone! Very important update today!! I've been getting many concerns about the recent tariff updates.. and rightfully so!
First of all, don't panic! I'd like to address that we ship out from Singapore! We are on the lowest tariff currently in effect and have some methods in place to make sure we keep shipping prices low for you. However, with the uncertainty of everything, we will have to come back to this again before we post out rewards. Any additional costs that our USA supporters may incur, will be looked over again when we lock addresses. Our current estimated ship out date will be ~mid June - July!
Currently all our plushies are on the way to us! :) Pins are still in progress... But here are some previews of completed pins! ♥

Thank you so much for responding to all your surveys! All items have now been counted and sent for production! Orders are locked and cards have been charged for shipping as well! :) Please check that your cards have gone through or if not, paypal is also an alternative payment portal! For those who have yet to complete their surveys, please do so as soon as possible!

Another question some of you have had was for pay-over time backers. Backerkit will only allow me to send surveys once all payment has been completed. Because of this, I've decided to open a Google Form for you guys to fill up while you wait! :) I will refer to these when finalizing my counts. I think this will give everyone a better sense of security knowing that the items you want will be set aside for you!

I'm happy to announce that today is survey day! All surveys have now been sent! If you do not receive it, please give it some time to reach you or check your spam folders! :) During surveys, you are able to add-on more items if you wish to include them in your parcel! Surveys will be opened for 2 weeks, after which all quantities of items will be collated and sent to manufacturing. Please make sure to complete your survey within these 2 weeks, or we may or may not have enough stock of your items when you do decide to complete it!
Please note that all shipping will be charged during the survey! Here are a few FAQ that you may have during the surveys!:
Q: I will be moving soon, what address should I put? A: We will not be locking addresses until all items are manufactured and we are ready to ship out! We will send another update during that period and you will be able to edit your address via backerkit again, until the time comes to lock addresses!
Q: I change my mind, can I get a refund? Unfortunately, all costs and taxes have already been accounted for with the funds. We are unable to provide a refund! :(
Q: Can I combine Labutori Store items into my Backerkit parcel? Due to both being under separate systems, we unfortunately are unable to do this, to avoid confusion and missing items.
Q: How long till we get out items? Currently the estimated date is in September, however the date is subjected to change if issues arise. There are cases where there may be errors and items have to be remade! We seek your understanding on this as we wouldn't want to deliver sub-par items to our lovely backers! For items that are still able to be delivered, we will be sending them out first! We will keep everyone updated if such issues do happen.
Q: I changed my mind on some items, can I still edit it after I'm done? Yes! As long as the surveys aren't locked yet. Just go to your backerkit account >Click this project and edit your survey questions!
