Project Update: Starter Set Production Update
Hello Salvagers,
We're happy to say that the Salvage Union Starter Set has been sent to production with Panda Games and the bulk of the work myself and Aled need to do on the project is now complete, as the project is now with our printers. Once it's printed it will be shipped to our various global distributors and then posted out to you all. We will be continuing to coordinate production and logistics and update you on the progress of the project, but the project is now mostly out of our hands.
We are expecting approximately 3 months for production followed by 3 months for shipping, for backers to receive their pledges. We hope by these estimates that you will receive physical pledges by the end of this year, though unfortunately we are in an increasingly unstable world for shipping, so cannot guarantee that timeline depending on events.
We thank you all again for your patience and understanding with this, and we can't wait to get the final boxed set in your hands.
Cards Charged and Addresses
We have charged all cards on this campaign to cover our initial shipping costs. We will put out another message when production is finished and we are locking addresses to give you a final chance to update them.
If you haven't filled in your address form there's still a window to do so, but please do as soon as possible.

Community Edits
We wanted to thank everyone who contributed to the community edits, there were several proofing issues that you caught that have made the game better for everyone who supported it and have now been fixed.
If you spot any additional issues please, we have gone to production now so it will be harder to make adjustments to the physical version of the game though there may still be a small window of time, and we can still make adjustments to the digital copies as well as make a note for future prints of the set.
We will be releasing up to date digital files with the errors we've fixed once production has been complete.

Salvage Union Reclamation of the Wastes Discord Games
Panny is still running the Salvage Union Discord Games. The next session is on Sunday the 14th of June from 7 PM BST (UTC+1.) The games are all new player friendly, acting as a series of loosely connected one shots where you play as the crew of Salvager #430 as you explore Caldera in the Reclamation of the Wastes campaign. New players and those who haven't played before will be priotised and all of the rules will be explained.

GenCon 2026! - Leyline Press Booth #2467
We will be at GenCon 2026 with Salvage Union and our host of other tabletop RPG's and zines. You can find us at Booth #2467 where we'll be happy to say hello! We're really excited for our second year at the event, those who we met last year made it an incredibly memorable experience and we can't wait to see you all again at the show.

Project Update: Salvage Union Starter Set Games and Production Update
Hello Salvagers,
We're happy to announce the start of the Salvage Union Reclamation of the Wastes games we'll be running on the Salvage Union Discord.
The first session will be run on the 27th of May from 7 PM BST to 10 PM BST, with a max of 6 players.

These games will be a series of one shots run by Panny, with pre-made characters, exploring the areas in the Reclamation of the Wastes Campaign. We'll be aiming to run weekly, the dates and times may fluctuate and we'll post sign up forms for following games on a weekly basis. We'll further be prioritising new players to the game, though anyone can sign up.

Community Editing
Thankyou all for your submissions, we've been going through them in our final proofing pass before production. There's still time to submit any errors you find by filling in this form.
Production, Orders locked and Cards Charged
All orders have now been locked and we've charged cards ahead of production and shipping. We're making final edits with a plan to have everything ready to send to production by early June and we'll update when it's shipped. If you have any final changes you need to make to your orders if they have already been locked please get in touch with us ASAP, there's a very small window now that we can make changes on a case by case basis but as soon as we send to production we're locked in.
UK Games Expo
We're going to be at the UK Games Expo! You can find us at Stand 3-1144 where we'll have all of our Salvage Union Core content as well as our range of other indie RPG's and zines. We'll also be running games of Salvage Union within Games on Demand at the convention. Please do come and say hello we're always happy to have a chat!

Hello Salvagers,
It's with great joy, and relief, that we're happy to announce all Digital Files for the Salvage Union Starter Set have now been fulfilled. This will be a relatively long update to go through that and all of our next steps on the road to physical fulfilment, thankyou all so much for your patience and understanding on this project. We're really proud of the work we've done on it, we genuinely feel it's some of the best work we've done on Salvage Union and hopefully you will feel the same reading it, and getting it to the table.

Community Editing
We have endeavoured to make everything release with multiple edit passes by ourselves and our editor Helen Gould, however errors still occur and we want to ensure the files are as error proof as possible prior to print.

DriveThruRPG & Itch
We will be releasing all digital files to DriveThruRPG & Itch for all backers, however we are going to wait until the final proof before doing so.
Locking Orders and Charging Cards
We will be locking orders with a 48 hour notice, shortly after this update for shipping. If you've yet to fill in your shipping details please do so as we will be locking them as we go to production, this will also be your final chance to add any add ons or you want for your pledge. We will be locking orders after this period and then charging cards.
Production
We're aiming to send to production as soon as possible, and have everything lined up with our partners at Panda Games. Panda Games have estimated 4 months for production, and we've further estimated 2 months for shipping, though this can vary based on international shipping and freight, and other factors. We'll further update when we have sent everything to production, and when we ship. We do again apologise for the delay in the project, though we are nearing the finish line, and once we send everything to production the final physical products will go from production directly to our distributors, who will ship them out to you, and we will update you throughout the entire process. If you have any further questions in this respect please do get in touch.

Starter Set Discord Games
To celebrate the release on the Salvage Union Discord we're going to be running a series of linked one shots using the Starter Set content and pre-made characters.
We are currently working out details on this but will announce in a further update shortly. You can join the Salvage Union Discord here (https://discord.com/invite/kMwD2bWgtC) where the games will be played, and we will make further announcements via the Discord and the BackerKit page.
Final Thoughts
Thankyou all so much again for your support, patience and understanding throughout this project. It's faced more challenges than we initially anticipated, but we are thankfully at the end of the tunnel and can't wait for you to all have the Starter Set in your hands and at your tables.
We'd also love to hear your thoughts and feedback on all of the Starter Set files you've received today, especially the Reclamations of the Wastes adventure which we put huge amounts of effort into making an accessible campaign that guides you through running and playing Salvage Union and can branch into our other modules as well as your own campaigns.

Project Update: April Update + New Spreads and Release Information
Hello Salvagers,
This is a short update to let you know we're nearly at the end of the road to release PDF's and get everything sent to production. Aled has been working through the last of the edits (around 2-3 k in total across every book in the campaign), we're meeting next week to go through everything and make sure we're happy with all of the edits with a plan to release by the end of next week (May 8th). I appreciate we've said this line a lot and there's still potential of delays but we are hoping at this stage we should be good to fully fulfill the PDF's of the campaign and move forwards with physical, we're aiming to turn around physical and get everything sent to production as quickly as possible with only a small window of community edits.
I appreciate this has been a significantly longer wait than we anticipated ,and we continue to apologise for that, there have been several internal and external factors which have caused delays, as well as us wanting to make sure the pledge rewards you receive are up to the high quality we expect of the games we produce.
Here's some sample spreads of the Reclamation of the Wastes adventure, including a new bio-titan Ygdriss, with new art by Francesco Silva, all of the books are currently fully complete to this standard, and we're purely going through edits, typos etc at the moment.

Project Update: March Update Starter Set & Airecon!
Hello Salvagers,
A short update just to let you know current progress. The Reclamation of the Wastes Campaign Book as well as all of the other Starter set handbooks are finished in layout and currently with our editor. The phamplets are all written and in final layout currently and being prepped for final editing as well.
We are hoping for all edits to be finished by the end of March, with a full PDF release for early April at this stage. We still don't want to promise anything specifically as this process takes time, and we're already far behind our initial estimates, which we do still apologise for and appreciate your patience in.
Once PDF's are released we'll have around a weeks period where we take any final proofing mistakes we may find from the community and fix them, then get it to print as soon as possible, by our current estimates within April. All of our production and distribution is lined up and ready to go as soon as we send final files, with printing estimated at around 3 months and distribution at 1-2 months.

We'll be at Airecon at the Harrogate Convention Centre UK from the 13th of March at Booth C15, if you're there please come and say hi!
