As far as I am aware, after going through the email today and printing out the final packing labels for orders with blankets today everything should either be on the way to everyone or being dropped off tomorrow.

I am working on making sure the issues that arose during this campaign with shipments and incorrect stuff does not happen in the next. Planned out a whole system for orders, and have a team of people to do specific tasks rather than just me and my mother. We were wholly unprepared for the size of this campaign, and the other campaign as well. But planning so much more thoroughly for this campaign to correct those mistakes.
Hey everyone, I have sent out responses to several emails this morning. I have also created a new email address specifically only to be used for these campaigns. If you sent an email to the other one and never got a response please send an email here.
I keep loosing emails because so many go to my business one, and i am hoping this will help keep any requests or help questions from getting lost since it will only be available to those on this site, and it will not get bombarded by any other work emails.
That being said, there are only a few orders not sent out and those people already discussed with me via email. I am still making sure to get any errors fixed. If you sent an error email please check your email for a response before emailing the new email!
The first half of the replacement packages as well as the orders that included a salmon blanket got dropped off today. Usually the USPS people tell me that I don’t need to do anything else after I give them the packages since tracking was already sent out to everyone. However, today, I asked them to scan everything in for me while I was there to give me a physical receipt and to make sure that everything was scanned in.
So please make sure you check your tracking numbers if it doesn’t update today it should update Friday because the rest of them will be dropped off Friday or Thursday. And if you have emailed me and I have not replied, please shoot me another email. It might’ve gotten buried. I am working my hardest in my best to get these things fixed and sent out as soon as possible.
If you sent me an email, i should have replied to them all by now. Have not had the chance to get into admin work until today, there are about 34 packages going out this weekend including the remaining ons that have blankets.
If your package tracking has not updated, and you have not yet emailed me please do so!!! Some are not updating at all, but show up randomly without the tracking ever updating. I am concernedthat due to the volume of packages being dropped at once not all of them are being scanned in and resulting in some being lost.
Working to make sure this gets corrected. Also check you email if you haven't gotten your package cause i may be emailing telling that the address was invalid and was returned, in which case you will be asked to pay for shipping again with corrected address sent s well and your package resent out.
Blankets and duffel bags have finally arrived! Which means this week I will begin packing the final orders that have not gone out yet due to the blankets and duffel bags have company they were stuck in customs for a very long time.
I have also received a few emails from people got their orders and there are a couple other orders that have mistakes. Those orders are being fixed now and are being sent out next week as well if anyone else still has not received their order please shoot me an email because there are several packages that have been returned to me due to incorrect addresses or unable to deliver
All orders with errors are going out today! I know they were supposed to go out a week or two ago, however the only excuse I have for the delay is that I just got overwhelmed with work, orders, fixing orders and such.
They are the last things going out along with 5 international orders that we were waiting on boxes to come in for, before all orders with salmon blankets go out (12 orders)
Which are delayed because customs still has not released the blankets. Hoping to have them next week.
But. Sincerely sorry for the huge delay, every order fixed is getting an extra keychain with it!
Hey everyone! Back from vacation today and I will be back to packing orders tomorrow!!

My mother had helped pack a majority of the orders as I was still working on my full time job during the time of packing and seems somethings were miss read, but everything will be fixed this week! I still greatly appreciate her help, I’ll be working on packing orders my self this coming next two weeks to get the remainder of them done and sent out before August 7th!! With so many orders things are bound to slip, but they are corrected! With this next project, it being so much larger I’ll have an actual hired team to pack orders for it as well as working on getting a better facility with more space!

Hey everyone, super excited to share that we have begun packing orders for the backerkit campaign!!
We are still waiting on the keychain order to arrive, but it will be here in a week or so. Once they arrive, the orders will all get their keychains and then be sent off!! I am extremely excited for everyone to get their new bestfriends!!
International orders will be shipped out via pirate ship rather than through backerkit, and each international order will receive an email with their tracking number when the labels are printed so please keep an eye out for this email within the next week or so!!
All domestic orders are being sent via backerkit postage, and you should be receiving a notification with tracking when it is sent off!!
IMPORTANT< IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED YOURSURVEY PLEASE DO SO AND PAY FOR YOUR POSTAGE!! You will not receive your package unless shipping is paid, reminders have been sent out as well. Pre order store packages will be sent out sooner, since they dont come with the keychains or stickers.

I got everything moved into a temporary space until I can get it moved to the storage unit since I was not expecting it to be here until next weekend, but on my gosh! I adore all of them!!
I need you all to realize how amazing the oversized sturgeon is. (And I can confirm that he is an amazing pillow) I am currently waiting on the shipping supplies to arrive, set to arrive this coming weekend. And I will begin working on packing orders after this!! Super excited for everyone to be receiving their beans!!!
However a small issue that is the big salmon are currently stuck in shipping. Anyone who got an oversized salmon will have their order delayed until they arrive.
As well as the oversized wyvern arrived with much less weight than the sample held, my manufacturer has offered a new order of these. Or I can also refund any orders who do not want the lighter wyvern. I will contact each wyvern buyer individually to find out what you’d like done! Wait for new wyvern, partial refund, or full refund!

Also, June 30th your address will lock, and until that date you can change your address. So please make sure that EVERYTHING is correct on it. I am not responsible for inaccurate addresses being given to me, and my team for shipments. Everyone will also receive tracking on their orders as well once they are shipped out in July.
Now for the update! We are working on getting into contact with aquariums to attempt getting the aquatic members of pocket pals into gift shops! We are working on getting the plush toys CE tested as well as other required tests for this purpose. We hope to do the same with the 2nd series, prehistoric pals, but for museums instead!

All teeth were found by myself, Lily, during summer adventures scuba diving for and excavating larger fossils.
Just heard from the manu that the bulk order will be shipping out next week and should arrive by the end of June!!
Once the bulk order arrives, I will be ordering all the boxes for everything which should take less than a week arrive. After the boxes arrive it should take a week or so for all of the orders to be packed up and sent off!!
