Sunshines are almost all finished shipping and should be back in the store by next week!! For all who already got them, I hope you love them so far!! Do you want to see a Sunshine Teddies Series 2?? What critters would you like to see become Sunshines next?? COMMENT BELOW WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS!

We also wanted to make a brief update regarding the “Tracking Not Available” status a lot of you are experiencing with your Sunshine Teddies tracking numbers. 

We asked our fulfillment partners for further clarity, and they advised about half of the tracking numbers that went out on August 2nd have not been shipped yet. This is due to some processes like quality checking taking longer than expected. They have been taking extra care to make sure everyone receives the best plush possible, which I'm sure we all appreciate!! We apologize for preemptively sending out shipment notifications and causing concern. 

Our fulfillment partners hope to have these shipped during this upcoming week, along with the last handful of unfulfilled pledges.

Please note it is also possible that while your tracking number may say “Tracking Not Available”, it is actually in transit but has not received any scans, and may not show any updates until it reaches your destination city/state. (There is no way for us to check for sure if your package falls into this bucket, but we wanted to note it as a possibility!) 

Please be assured if anything were to happen to your package, we are here to make things right! We’re sorry again for the concern caused for many of you, and we appreciate your patience as fulfillment nears completion!

Hi folks! Sunshines shipping officially started and some of you got your tracking already!!

Here are some FAQs for you to check while you wait for your tracking!

-Tracking Not Updating: 

If you have received a tracking number and it has not received updates yet, this is normal/expected behavior! Please allow some time for tracking to start updating. If your tracking still hasn’t updated within a week, please reach out to us. 

-When your pledge will ship / I have no tracking yet: 

Pledges are being shipped out daily, but there are a lot of them to get through! It may take some time for our fulfillment partners to get to your package. There is no rhyme or reason to what gets shipped first. We appreciate your patience! 

-Updating selections / Updating shipping address: 

We are no longer able to update your pledge or your shipping address. Please work with your local post office to see if they can forward your package to your new address or potentially hold your package for pickup. 

-Our fulfillment partners currently estimate to be done shipping by mid-August! 

If this changes, we will update everyone! 

-Extras / how to buy: 

These will stock only once everyone has been shipped! We’ll make an update here once they’re on sale! You can also sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
