Hi folks! Sunshines shipping officially started and some of you got your tracking already!!
Here are some FAQs for you to check while you wait for your tracking!
-Tracking Not Updating:
This is normal/expected behavior! Please allow some time for tracking to start updating. If your tracking still hasn’t updated within a week, please reach out to us.
-When your pledge will ship:
Pledges are being shipped out daily, but there are a lot of them to get through! It may take some time for our fulfillment partners to get to your package. There is no rhyme or reason to what gets shipped first. We appreciate your patience!
-Updating selections / Updating shipping address:
We are no longer able to update your pledge or your shipping address. Please work with your local post office to see if they can forward your package to your new address or potentially hold your package for pickup.
-Our fulfillment partners currently estimate to be done shipping by mid-August!
If this changes, we will update everyone!
-Extras / how to buy:
These will stock only once everyone has been shipped! We’ll make an update here once they’re on sale! You can also sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

This is a final warning to get your addresses correct, surveys correct, and shipping paid! They may begin shipping BY THIS WEEK OR NEXT WEEK! They all arrived safely and are being prepared as we SPEAK!!!!!!!!!!

(Please note the project will close once completed and changes cannot be made nor can orders be fulfilled or refunded if you do not complete your tasks by that time! Please make sure everything is up to date and all payments are accounted for so we can make sure your order is fulfilled!)
The Sunshines are all finished and on their way to us!
It usually takes 30-40 days for them to arrive, so we hope fulfillment begins in July!! Which is a whole month ahead of schedule!!

Make sure your surveys are correct and addresses are updated!!
Because the Sunshines will be fulfilled by the end of summer (or so it seems) and Snug-Alongs: Series 3 are all in production, I wanna announce the next campaign!! It is one that everyone's been begging for...
As for Sunshine Teddies, pins and Freekz are all finished! The rest of the plushies are estimated to finish in May, so we are currently on target to begin shipping in August!! I hope you are excited to get your new pals!!

The Sunshine Teddies preorder store AND surveys close tonight!!! (NOTE: If you still have a Pay Over Time plan active, you should still receive your survey upon completion!)
As usual, once fulfillment is complete later this year, we will stock any leftover stock in our storefront, but adding on to your survey or ordering via the preorder store is your best option to secure your Teddies and other campaign add-ons!!
If you want to add any items and you pledged during the campaign, it is best to add items to via your survey -- do not use the pre-order store! We can't combine those and you will pay shipping twice if you do.
