Sorry for the delay and thank you all so much for supporting me...I meant to start shipping this campaign way, way sooner, but unfortunately several doctor visits, and being put back on my cancer medication has caused a signifigant delay due to my dminished health as of late.

I'm taking it day by day, and doing what my body will allow. I'm actually a one man team; no fulfillment company, no photographers, no help with coding, art, listing, or genuinely anything other than manufacturing the actual designs I make. It's just me, here, solo artist, shipping, storing, and doing it all solo. So I genuinely do appreciate when you guys give me the grace and patience you always do.

Thank you always for supporting me, it literally means the world! I love making friends and unique cuddly companions for all of you guys!  

UPDATE: I reached out through DM and we are talking this over and trying to sort it out peacefully. :) I will update this once we have reached a conclusion! Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me 



So as some of you may have noticed, I'm being accused by a far larger creator that I am slandering her, this was not my intention at all...

Let me clear the air, I don't think she copied me, I just thought since we run in all the same circles (Literally tons of mutuals on Instagram, pledge and follow the same campaigns, even part of the same discords both run campaigns) she saw my design thought wow that's cool and made her own spin. Which I absolutely love. I was just disheartened when people were basically saying she invented it, and people commented correcting her, as my plushie ita-backpack campaign was live far before she first posted a teaser. She deleted those comments, had backerkit block the people, and thus made it seem like she invented it. As a smaller creator it was super disheartening but I didn't say anything until it kept happening more than once....then I mentioned how upset I was as a small footnote in my private discord, that I was upset about not being mentioned as the first campaign of that style on backerkit when people said she was. That's all I wanted. A single sentence when she already gave credit to another creator as well. 

But I keep getting hate comments from her followers etc, and this has really really hurt my mental health.
Her husband also said a pretty sexist/transphobic comment to me which I didn't appreciate... 
I hate this fighting, I hate being bullied by people and other creators. I don't believe she didn't see my design, due to the evidence listed above. I had my stuff posted to discords we are both apart of, but her husband claimed he'd never heard of me. I had ads running on facebook, reddit, Instagram, and of course was on backerkits pages for a long while, as well as others commenting letting her know of my existence. 

The only reason I'm sharing my side, and not just keeping this private is because I want my perspective to be known. 
I am truly sorry about some of my wording, about my passion and manic depressive state, and I don't want others hating or bullying because of this.  
I tried to reach out to her directly through discord and she has not responded. I'd love to talk this over with her and come to a mutual agreement and understanding. 

Unfortunately I think this will forever be a he said/she said situation or a misunderstanding, and I'd like to move on from it....

And truly, I want to apologies if I'm wrong. Like genuinely I don't want to be the bad guy, I'm not evil. I don't mean harm upon her at all... TTwTT
I love and appreciate all of you guys who have stuck with me and stood by my side...I know sometimes I'm a little weird and rough around the edges as a very small creator, but thank you. 

Just as I said, the creator and I spoke privately, and we have reached an amicable conclusion! :D

Both of our points were unproveable from either side, and thusly, I have offered her the benefit of the doubt, extended an olive branch and apologized. 
I'm sorry how I handled this situation, there was a lot of high tensions, and I know I haven't always been able to handle stress well with my depression spirals. 
I'm sorry about the wording I said, the wrong words I used, I didn't mean them like that all at 8,) 

I have reached out for an apology as well for transphobic/sexist statement and am waiting on a reply to that. 
That being said!! I didn't invent ita plushies, nor backpacks! And I'd love ALL OF YOU to make your own plushie ita backpacks! Be inspired and create! 
Please do not attack anyone or anything, I don't want to keep spreading negativity, and I'm sorry for anything misinformed or misinformation I said. I'm trying to get better and change as a person, I want to be a better artist, a better creator, and a better human overall. I know I'm not perfect, and I make tons of mistakes...but, I do genuinely want to get better as a whole. Neither of us could prove the other wrong, and so, I should have just given the benefit of the doubt, I'm sorry. 

The other creator seems like a good person, and I'm glad we've been able to talk through this and be friends! :)
