Two of the three download codes I've received are not working. The code for 100 Dumb Ways to Die works as intended, but when I try to use the codes for the Digital Deck of Many Insults & the Stretch Goals I receive error messages saying that the codes have expired or that I have exceeded my maximum number of uses.
